Chapter 58.

- Wow, I whispered
My heart stopped beating as Magnus walked into my bedroom with newly showered hair and only white towel to cover up his naked body. I knew that he's hot underneath all of those amazing clothes he wears, but it still surprises me every damn time I see him without a shirt on. His caramel skin is a gift from the angels and his crystal eyes are pearls created from the depth of the worlds many seas. His hair is the softest thing I ever have touched and his voice is the most beautiful melody I ever heard.
- See something you like? Magnus asked and flashed me a little smirk
- I do, I said and felt how I blushed
- Me too, Magnus answered
I stood up from my bed and walked over to where he stood in the middle of my room. I placed both of my cold hands on his naked chest and felt his beating heart that struck peacefully.
- Kiss me, I whispered and leaned in closer so our foreheads were pressed against each other's and I could feel his breath on my lips that has been begging to get kissed since Magnus left for school earlier this morning
- With pleasure, Magnus answered
He pressed his lips against mine and as an answer, I wrapped both of my arms around his neck and pulled his body even closer to my own. Our lips moved together in a perfect sync and both of our tongues were fighting for dominance, which I  didn't win since Magnus clearly is professional when it comes to kissing and other things.
- I love you, Magnus said when the two of us finally separated our lips
- I love you too, I answered happily
We kissed again and again and then Magnus returned into the bathroom to put on some clothes. I won't lie, I was more than happy when he came back home from school only about one hour ago. I felt pretty miserable when I woke up this morning and he wasn't laying beside me in my bed. I obviously knew that he would return back after his classes, but some part of me was scared that he had lost all interest in me or maybe even found someone that's a lot better than me. Fortunately, I didn't have to spend the whole day alone. Jace didn't feel good when he woke up this morning so he decided to stay home and get healthier again. The two of us spent hours in front of the TV, trying to beat the other's ass at Mario Kart.
It felt nice to spend some time with Jace after so long time. After Max passed away, our family hasn't really been hanging out with each other. We all have been pretty distant since everyone reminds everyone about the loving family member we've lost.
- Are you okay?
My thoughts got interrupted when Magnus walked back into my room. He was wearing a pair of sweatpants than hung teasingly low on his hips and a black shirt that I'm pretty sure belongs to me. His crystal eyes were locked on mine and I could tell that he was a little bit nervous about me.
- Yes, I said and flashed him a smile
- Good, Magnus answered
He walked over to me where I once again was laying on my comfortable bed and laid beside me. Our bodies were only inches apart and I could feel his breathing against my neck.
- I have my very first lesson with my homeschool teacher tomorrow after breakfast, I said and let out a sigh
- It's going to be fine, okay? You'll do amazing like you always do, Magnus answered and kissed my forehead
- I hope so, I answered
- See things positive, my dear Alec. At least you don't have to work on a new idiotic project with Meliorn 
- Are you seriously working on a project with him? I asked chocked
- Unfortunately, Magnus answered
- I'm sorry, I said and looked at him with so much misery in my two eyes
- It's not your fault, Alexander. Besides, it's better than working on a project with Camille, Magnus said
- Maybe you're right, I answered
The two of us laid beside each other in silence for some time while at the same time Magnus dragged his hand slowly through my raven black hair.
- Can you believe that if it wouldn't for the project Mr. Garroway made us work together on, we might not even be friends, I suddenly said
- I guess I have to thank him for that one day, Magnus said and smiled
- Yeah, I answered and smiled back
Magnus pressed a quick kiss against my lips and pulled me closer to his body. I snuggled up and hid myself in the crock of his neck and the scent of sandalwood lingered in my nose.
- How does it come that you always smell so good? I asked and breathed in his wonderful scent that I loved
- I enjoy taking showers
Magnus answer made me laugh and I couldn't keep the smile off my face
- Me too, I answered
- Really? Well, then we should enjoy taking showers together sometimes, Magnus said and I could practically hear the smirk on his beautiful lips
- As you wish, I said and blushed
The since went over us again, but I didn't mind. I loved just laying here beside the love of my life and listen to his steady breathing. It's relaxing.
- I used to hate that stupid smirk of yours, I said after a while and turned my head so I was facing Magnus
- Why? He asked and laughed
- Cause it turned me on, I said and felt how my whole face turned red
- Interesting, Magnus answered and placed a light kiss on my forehead
- Don't touch me, I'm embarrassed,
I said and tried to hide my red face
- You're adorable, Magnus answered
- Shut up, I muttered but I couldn't keep myself from laughing quietly
