Elizabeth's pov

After everyone had left I decided to go for a walk, to see if I could find the mysterious girl, she doesn't deserve to be on her own, cold and hungry. She deserves a loving home. I wonder where her parents are? My phone began ringing as I left the flat, it was Joe

"Good day Joesph" I grinned cheekily as I answered the phone

"Hello Beth' I was wondering if you'd like to come round for dinner tonight?" Joe immediately said as I finished talking, a small smile formed on my face.

"I'd love that" I responded, I knew it wouldn't lead to much or so I thought; even if it did work out my family would not be happy, they would more or less disown me and I can't have that, I've only just got my Mum back.

"See you at lets say, 6?" Joe asked.

"6 o'clock it is then" I grinned before saying goodbye to joe and putting my phone away. I walked down the road where I saw the girl sitting in the bus shelter. She looked cold so I took my jacket off and walked into the bus stop sitting down next to her.

"Here, you look cold" I said softly to her the young girl who looked up with her eyes wide as I wrapped my jacket around the girl

"Thank you" the girl whispered her voice raspy. She snuggled into my jacket before she sneezed

"I'm Elizabeth, what's your name?" I asked softly.

"Aimee, my names Aimee" she whispered back

"Where's your family Aimee? I've seen you so much lately" I asked gently. Aimee looked down

"I don't have anyone" Aimee whispered a single tear rolling down her cheek, I slid my arm around the girl.

"Come on let's get you a drink and something to eat" I said softly

"You really don't have to do that" Aimee mumbled

"I know but I want to. Come on Kiddo" I smiled to the young girl as I guided her back to mine, she needed some clothes so I'd have to call Debbie to see if she has any spare clothes which were Sarah's.

"Thank you Elizabeth" Aimee whispered as I made her a hot chocolate and some toast. She scoffed the toast and immediately drank the hot chocolate.

"Your not going anywhere okay kiddo, you can stay here. I'll take care of you" I smiled to the girl who looked shocked

"How old are you then Aimee?" I asked the girl as I warmed her up.

"Ten" she nodded, just what I had expected. I soon rang Debbie, I couldn't let Aimee stay in her tattered clothes.

"Debs' I know this is probably a strange question but do you have anything of Sarah's I could borrow?" I asked my older sister as I watched Aimee sitting under a blanket on the sofa.

"I've got some things we were going to take to the charity shop, Why?" Debbie asked and I bit my lip.

"I've found this young girl and she needs something to wear" i informed my sister who said she'd pop over and she did. She also asked what I was going to do with Aimee and I knew what I had to do, I had to look after her.
