Captain Succession Trials Arc Chapter 3: Yui's Trial!!!

Miyasaki was rushed to the emergency room after her intense battle with Gina. The nurses told Ushio and the others that they can't see her until she has been looked at. However, there is no time to worry as the next trial approaches. This time it's Yui's turn to take on her captain which is Genjiro.

Ushio: What do you think your trial is going to be?

Yui: I don't know. I have creation as my power not fire so I can't really think what it will be.

Akihito: If I was to guess, since it's Genjiro, I think it will be something that will involve something with an objective. For some reason he likes objective trials.

Seiji: I guess if you were to plan ahead now is your chance. 

Yui: You're right.

Now that she knows what her trial could possibly be, she goes to her room and tries to scheme up a plan but couldn't think of anything. She thought to herself 'What.....What can I do!!! There is a possibility it will be a objective trial but I can't think.' She spent the whole day thinking what she could for her trail. Not only that, Miyasaki's injures was on her mind as well. 

The next morning arises and the day of the her trial began. Luckily the hospital were allowing them to see Miyasaki, so before the trial they went to see her. When they entered the room she was covered in bandages. They were around her head, her arms and her waist.

Ushio: Are you okay, Miyasaki?

Miyasaki: Yep! They said that it wasn't serious but they'll be keeping an eye on me for a couple of days.

Ushio: That's good! You had us all worried.

Miyasaki: Sorry.

Ushio: It's fine.

Miyasaki: Yui it's your trial today, isn't it?

Yui: Yeah! It's nearly time for it.

Miyasaki: Don't worry. I believe that you'll be able to win this trial.

Yui: Thank you.

Now that she feels relieved that Miyasaki is feeling better and that she has the faith she will win this trial, they all leave the room to go on and see the next trial. Captain Genjiro is standing there ready for Yui's arrival. He proclaimed 'Welcome to my trial, Yui Hino! I'm the Flame Captain Genjiro and todays trial is an objective trial!'

Ushio: It's just like you said Akihito!

Akihito: I knew it! He never changes.

Genjiro: You're trial is to create a heat suppressor that can resist my Military Special Weapon. I'm only going to launch the attack 3 times and if you can't make a weapon that can withstand heat you fail.

Yui: Okay.

Genjiro: Have you got any questions?

Yui: Yes. If I have a creation power how will I gain flame powers.

Genjiro: If I train you for the next year, I will share my power with you so you can develop your own power. 

Yui: Okay!

Genjiro: Well then let's get ready.

Yui began to imagine a weapon that she could use as a heat suppressor. She thought maybe a very thick shield that would restrict flames from making contact or a thick sword that she could point towards the flames. However, if she was to use a thick sword she wouldn't be able to swing it around or maybe lift it. Since she had 3 tries she went with the thick shield. Suddenly, light appeared in front of her that was the shape of a shield. Then the thick heap of metal landed on the ground making a large thud on the floor.

Genjiro: Let's go! Military's Special Weapon! Flame: Lions Fury!

A large amount of flames surged from Genjiro's hands. They all bundled together to make a shape of a lions face. The manes of the lion were large and were full of heat. The flames charged towards Yui's with great speed but she was unfazed by the flames. As the passion of his flames connected with the shield it split into two. It didn't even take a second for it break. Luckily, the metal was that thick that only a bit of the fire grazed her arm.

Genjiro: Do you see now? If you want to beat me show me your best!
