Yes people, the wait is over! Here's another one in the series. Also, Happy Ramadan to all those celebrating!

I originally thought this series would be about 40 chapters but now I think it's gonna go in the 50s. I hope that's alright with y'all.

Remember, if you like this chapter, please give a thumbs up and a comment! And if you don't, well then you don't. Thank you for being so patient.

(Hiba’s POV)

“Guess what, I don’t wanna see you too!”

“Good, because neither do I!” That’s how the argument ended. He turned around and stormed out. I turned around to do to the same when I bumped into the last person on my mind.

“What are you doing here?”

(Suho’s POV)

“What are you doing here?”

“I’ve been here all the time.” I was there the whole time the drama took place. I listened to every word and saw everything. The fact that I had witnessed the slap might have made her feel utterly embarrassed. Her red cheeks gave it away.

She asked to confirm her suspicions, “How much did you hear?”

“Enough to understand what was going on… all this time.” I was right; my gut feeling was right. There is something going on between her and Baekhyun, but from the looks of it, it’s just Hiba. I knew something like this would happen. I knew he would hurt her the way he hurt my sister. This is what he does.

“I’m sorry, I really am.” How innocent she is to think that this was her fault. How selfish and cruel of him to make her think that this was her fault. None of this is her fault.

“I know, but it’s not your fault.” She’s sorry about hurting me, but it still wasn’t her fault. I know she would never consciously do that.

“If I could change any of this, I would, trust me.”

I believe you. You don’t need to tell me anything.

“It’s alright. Don’t worry about it.” I held her hand to reassure her. And she gave it a light squeeze to say that she knew.

“Thanks, Suho.”

She gripped the strap of her bag and exclaimed, “I guess I’ll see you around.” I held onto her wrist before she could walk away, “Hey, why don’t you have lunch with me?” And as though I had granted her a wish, her face lit up, “I wasn’t seeing anyone, but if you were then-“

She replied before I could finish, “I’m not seeing anyone.” And that was just what I was waiting to hear before dragging her with me towards the exit.

“Great, let’s go!” For once, things were going according to plan.

“Go where? Where are we going? The cafeteria is that way!” She pointed in the opposite direction, confused.

“Who said we’re going to the cafeteria?”

“But you said-“

“I said lunch, I didn’t say where.” She was still confused as to where we were going.

Goodness, she worries too much.

“But- we’re gonna get in trouble. We can’t leave school early.”
