Bandits in the back, wolves in the front.
To fall straight into a pack of wolves, how lucky is he?
The wolves are spooked by his sudden appearance that they didn't sense. They hurriedly form a circle to guard something small and unmoving.
The small eyes within the protective circle stares straight into his own eyes.
It tells a tale.
Losing consciousness, he gives the little wolf a smile.
No pain, no gain. Since he is already hurt, it's okay to try, right?
His eyes closes. So does the cub's.
He opens his eyes again, some time later.
The surrounding area has a strong smell of blood. He shakily raises himself.
Wolves are surrounding him. They are all so huge and majestic, he admires.
"Let's go,"
He understands what the Leader in front of him says. To the bandits' den, right?
No trespassers allowed, after all.
Bypassing a body with an arrow stuck at its back, he howls.
There is no time to mourn. It is the time to hunt.
He will surely enjoy this hunt, as he had always enjoyed it before, with a friend.
