So, when someone notices the Professor is not happy, everyone immediately takes action.
That is: get the Assistant as far away as possible from the Professor until his mood calms down.
Naturally, this plan backfires on them.
Even though they are being thoughtful!

When the Professor finally gets what he wants, he won't let go. The Assistant certainly suffers from the additional burden which is the Professor who has attached himself on her back.
Trudging to the sofa to drop the Professor, the Assistant thanks everyone in her heart. Their goodwill will be remembered. Even though they eventually failed to save her from this fate...

"We haven't been cuddling lately,"
"Who makes me so busy, hm?"
"You should be busy in my lab instead of running everywhere!"
