The man considered himself to be a genius.
Another mask, another note, another video. This time, the mask he lay on her ripped face was scarlet red. Quite beautiful actually. The way her blood blended with it was probably one of the most artistic pieces he had done to date.
In his note, he had left yet another clue. T.D. His initials, The Dancer.
The video was his favourite part by far though. He remembered word for word what he had said in it, "We couldn't have dear Miriam opening her mouth now, could we? Revealing who I really am is something I don't ever plan on doing, and yet here I am, giving you clue after clue about who I really am. I'm begging you for help now. Stop me, please."
And then he had shredded Miriam's plump lips off, and shoved a blade down her throat, just like he did with Dylan, the insane man. The man almost laughed at the irony, as though he wasn't insane himself.
He wasn't sure if he enjoyed it, murdering someone who wasn't a dancer, or even related to one. It was a shame that the Perelli's had left Miriam in Italy all those years ago, after she had gotten them their fame. She might still even be alive if they hadn't of stabbed her in the back.
The man crawled into his bed, counting the masks on his wall as he did every night.
Of the four hundred and twenty two that he originally had, only five were left. Perfect, just as he calculated.
The man closed his eyes contently. Almost done.
His art was almost done.
***Author's Note***
Hey all, so as you can tell this is from The Dancer's perspective again. I know this chapter is super short, but the next one will definitely be a bit longer. I hope you liked it, and if you did, be sure to vote. Constructive criticism is always appreciated.
The dedication is for @yashika207 for her unwavering support :)
Thank you all for the love!
