Loki's Mate

Chapter 2

"Ms. Stark, your father had a last minute thing and that he is sorry" Jarvis said as I entered the building, "thank you Jarvis" I said as I ordered something to eat. After dinner I went to my room to check my schedule, I look out the window as I remember Violet telling me about my birth father. He lives in England with my birth mother and their family, I know I have siblings and my dad understands that one day I will meet them.

I yawn as I sat on my bed, I heard my phone ring as I saw it was my dad. I put it on speaker, "Hey dad" I answered, "Hey little bird, sorry I wasn't home something came up" he said, "its fine, I might just relax before I have to leave" I told him. "Just stay safe, Pepper had a meeting so she should be back by tomorrow night" he said while I smile, "okay and you stay safe dad, I love you" I told him.

"Love you as well little bird" he said before I hung up, I put my phone on the side table as I yawn. "Goodnight Jarvis" I said, "Goodnight Miss Stark" he said as I fell asleep. I woke up around 8 in the morning as I took a shower and got dressed, I walk down as I made myself some breakfast pancakes. Eating them while watching tv, I thought of what I was going to do today.

I spent the day walking around New York and doing a bit of shopping, I went up the elevator as I hums. "Mrs. Stark, their is an intruder in the building" I heard Jarvis, I tense up as the elevator door open to see a man in armor. "Hello little mortal" he spoke as I stepped back when he walked up to me, "who are you?" I ask.

"My name is Loki" he said as he grabbed my arm, I gasp feeling my magic pour out as I saw him look shocked. I fell forward as he caught me, I felt weak as I heard a bang while I felt him pick me up. "A soulmate, interesting" I heard him say as we disappear from the tower and appear in a house, I look up at him when he lays me down on a bed. "Sleep I will explain when you wake"' he spoke as I slowly closed my eyes.
