For the last couple of weeks, Garrett was beginning to make a name for himself as the new vigilante superhero known as Mr. Nitrogen. Due to his heroics, Mr. Nitrogen was now a popular superhero among New York. One day, Garrett was on his lunch break, when he could've sworn that he saw some smoke. And where there was smoke, there was bound to be fire. Garrett followed the source of the smoke, saw that there was a building on fire! There were fire trucks outside, trying to take down the fire. The residents of the building had all evacuated thankfully."That fire looks vicious," thought Garrett, "and the firefighters look like they're going to need all the help they can get... this looks like a job for Mr. Nitrogen!"
Garrett then ran off. There were a lot of gapers looking at the building burning down. Which meant Garrett had the opportunity to suit up in a private corner. He then changed into his Mr. Nitrogen form. Once he was fully suited up, Mr. Nitrogen ran to where the calamity was. He walked up to the chief firefighter, tapped him on the shoulder, getting his attention. "Mr. Chief, sir?" he asked, "look, nitrogen is literally capable of absorbing the oxygen from the fire, thus taking it down. Please, give me five minutes." The chief nodded, ordering his men to give Mr. Nitrogen room to get into the burning building. Mr. Nitrogen went in, every flame he saw, he touched, causing the flame to shrink down until it was gone. This went on for five minutes, until all of the fire from the building was gone. Mr. Nitrogen had saved the building from burning down. The crowd cheered. Once again, Mr. Nitrogen had saved the day!
