Shopping

Adam's POV

So the girls wanted to go shopping, ever since Jason suggested it. But there was two problems. One; How would the girls hide their hybrid appearance? And two; it was almost ten o'clock at night, and our brains are tired. We had some tributes volunteer to let the girls sleep in their rooms. Mitch volunteered for Naomi, Jason for Anisa, and naturally, Ty for Tsubaki.

"Think there's a sequence?" Fern whispered to me.

"Yeah, better keep an eye on them." I said. She nodded. Then, smiled?

"Woah, Fern, did you just smile?" I said out loud. Everyone looked at her as she smiled. It was small, but it still counted.

"Yay! She smiled!" I said jumping up.

"Why wouldn't she smile?" Ian asked.

"Well, as one of the experiments, she got a metal heart and the scientist took away her emotions. She could feel them, but not express them." I explained.

"Until now." corrected Mitch. We congratulated Fern, and went to bed. Fern slept in my room, because we were used to it. I didn't want her to sleep on the floor, so she laid on top of my bed,(she didn't know how to sleep in a bed), so when she fell asleep I got a blanket and put it over her, then crawled into the covers. She was sleeping so peacefully, she looked like an angel. Maybe because she had feather wings.

Tsubaki's POV

I woke up in a bed. I knew whose bed it was, but I wonder why Ty is on the floor? I got up, brushed myself down and straitened my hair with my fingers. I had my old clothes on, and I think I wasn't the prettiest demon in the world. Not that I'd ever seen another demon before. I walked downstairs, my stomach was making that rumbling noise. I saw that Fern was already up, and she was staring out the window.

"It's so pretty." she said, not turning around, but she sensed I was there.

"What's pretty?" I asked, walked towards the window.

"Everything." she answered, and turned around. "Well, we gotta eat breakfast. Wanna raid the cabinets with me?" She asked.

"Sure." I followed her into the kitchen, and started rummaging. We found a cabinet full of all kinds of cereal.

"Jackpot!" We said in unison, turning towards each other. Then we got the cereal we wanted, Fern decided to try Captain Crunch, while I Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Crunch. That's fun to say.

"Crunch, crunch, crunch!" I said, putting the boxes on the counter while Fern grabbed bowls from the cupboard we found earlier. Anisa, Naomi, and the boys came downstairs and also got cereal. We all sat down at the table and bar, and started to discuss the first problem.

"So, about the 'appearance in public' thing..." Mitch said.

"Yeah, I thought Tsubaki might have an idea." Fern said. Everyone looked at me and I felt my cheeks burn up.

"Well, I could cast a temporary spell that would shrink your hybrid appearances-" I was surprised I found my voice. "-And maybe morph them into an object. For example," I stood up, and pointing my fingers at Fern's wings, shrunk her wings until they morphed into a pristine, white, string backpack. Fern smiled and I sat down.

"Dude that's so cool." said Ty. I transformed Anisa and Naomi's bat wings into string backpacks too, and all the girl's ears into headphones based on what type of ears they had.

"Well, this is awesome!" said Anisa, excitedly.

"Yeah, now we can go shopping!" Exclaimed Naomi.

"Calm down guys. We need escorts." Fern said.

"No you don't, you have me." I said.

"That doesn't count. We all had our memories erased and we don't know left or right about this place." Fern pointed out.

"Ok, ok. But we get to choose them." Naomi said.

Eventually everybody went because Team Crafted can't be split up.

Naomi's POV

We got to the mall, and it was huge. There was even a second floor! I walked inside, while Mitch walked next to me, and the others trailed behind.

"Ok, since you're the leader Naomi, point to a store and we'll go inside with you."

"Ok, um.... That one!" I said, and pointed to a big store that had a lot of furniture in it. We all walked in and got some bed spreads, desks, chairs, vanities, ect. When we got the furniture, the boys left to take it out to the car, leaving us alone. We decided to do some girly stuff. We went to and earring shop to get earrings, and we also got hair accessories, and gloves. When we bought the stuff with the money the boys left for us, we decided to call Adam and tell him we'd meet him in the food court, if we could find it.....
