Fern's POV

It's been a couple weeks since we've been here, and since we're kind of under-age, most of us had to go to school. Luckily it was August and school hasn't started yet. I was getting along pretty well here, everyone was so nice. Especially Adam. Right now we were trying to get the other girls hooked on Minecraft. And surprisingly, I already had an account. I never thought I would remember the password, though.

Anyways, I was sitting at my wooden desk, plugging in my new green desktop computer. I attached a wireless mouse and a headset, and microphone. I found an adapter and plugged it into a wall outlet. Getting the other end of the cord, I strung it up behind my desk and plugged it into my computer. Then I turned it on. As the loading screen popped up, I squealed with delight, at my own accomplishment. I sat down on my green stool, (chairs with backs make me feel paranoid) and logged into my user. I was having trouble downloading stuff, so I asked Mitch to come help me be admin. He came upstairs and showed me how, types in a password, and bam. Adminship. It was awesome. I had standard downloads like Norton360, Adobe, and Unity, but I also had Google Chrome. Now I downloaded games. Dungeons and Dragons Online, Sims 3, and of course; Minecraft! I played the rest of the day, (because downloads take a while), and I even skipped lunch.

*TARDIS to 6:30*

Ty burst into my room all of a sudden.

"Fern! It's time for dinner!" He said,

"What?" I had my headphones on. Ty sighed, walked over to me and took my headphones off.

"Fern it's time for dinner."

"Oh, are we eating at the house?"

"No, we're all going out to eat. There's this new restaurant that just opened up."

"Ok, can you give me five minutes?"

"Yes, we'll be downstairs when you're ready."

"Ok thanks!"

"Mm hmm." Ty left, and shut the door. I got up, saved my game, and headed to the closet. What should I wear?

Eventually I picked out, a mint colored blouse, on top of a white camisole. I had on a pair of regular skinny jeans and I had my mint colored converse. I quickly brushed out the tangles in my hair and put it in a side braid.

I flew downstairs as fast as i could, and I was glad I wore jeans and not a skirt. When I got to the bottom I could see everyone was ready, except that my wings and cat ears needed to be changed. I went up to Tsubaki and asked her for help, while accidentally hitting someone with my wing.

"Alright." She said. "Ready?"

"Yes."

"Ok." She concentrated a little and stretched out her hands. My wings folded into a necklace and my ears into earrings.

"That took a bit more energy, but I'm sure I'll be fine."

"Ok, thanks!"

"Yeah, no problem."

I looked around. Everyone was gone. Suddenly, the door opened and..... It was Ian. He said everyone's in the car.

"Come on, let's go!" I said grabbing Tsubaki's hand. We ran out to the car, and hopped in. Then off we went.

*TARDIS to after dinner*

We just got home, and everyone is laughing their butts off, except for Ty.

Right in the middle of dinner, Tsubaki fell asleep and her face landed in her spaghetti! Of course she could have suffocated, but you can't really suffocate a demon with spaghetti. She was really furious.

We opened the door to the house, and Ty walked in carrying Tsubaki, who had cleaned herself up at the restaurant and fell asleep again in the car.

"Why does she keep falling asleep?" Jason asked.

"She needs to recharge her magic. Her magic is very strong and consumes lots of energy when used, so she sleeps." I answered. We all got inside, shut the door, locked it, and set Tsubaki down in her bedroom. The rest of us gathered in the living room, where we just did what ever, and I just flew around for a while, it makes me feel free. Eventually someone unlocked the back door, and my cat senses kicked in. I snuck out into the crisp autumn night. I stood up, brushed off the dust, and flew. I flew up, I flew down, I flew backwards and upside down. All the time I was laughing. Laughing, that freedom might just be this free. It was bliss, until the sun started to rise a little. I flew back in through my bedroom window, and went to sleep.....
