Chapter 10: Left Alone With Him

"Sokato!" Angela shouts out, "Sokato!"

Ryuu also shouts her name next to Angela. Angela is starting to get really worried. She can barely see threw the crowd and it's been an hour since they lost Sokato.

"We need to find her quick the sun is starting to set!" Angela shouts

"I know, I know" ryuu says looking around frantically "how could we have lost track of her... Sokato!"

   People are giving them weird looks but Angela doesnt care because she doesn't know what she'll do without her only friend.

"I don't know, I was to busy arguing with you."

   They checked almost everywhere, back at the café, the arcade, cloth store, and some other places.

"Hey Angela?" Ryuu says as we exit a cake shop.

"Hm?" Angela replys

"Can't you just call her?"

"Thats right!" Angela says snapping her fingers. She reaches out her phone and was about to push the dialpad but stopped. "Oh wait... she doesn't have a phone." She groans quietly

"Don't you think she'll be smart enough to walk home if it was getting late?"

"Yeah but there's just one itsy bitsy problem with that." Angela says softly

"What?"

"She doesn't want me to tell people this because she finds it embrassing but I geuss I have no choice... she's sorta directionally challenged."

Ryuu sighs, "if it wasn't hard enough to find her. I geuss it can't be helped. I geuss we can start asking people around if they seen her. The crowd seems to have died down since the sun is almost set."

   She agreed with him and they started asking people around. Most of the people said they haven't seen her and some just didn't answer the question at all, and the people that didn't answer Angela wanted to hit them up side the head because they could atleast say no and read the context clues that it's important.

   There was this one tall guy with short grey hair but looked in his 30's said that he seen her go over into the 6666666 store but when they went there it was just a little girl and their mom shopping. Once they exited the store Ryuu typed on Angela's shoulder.

"Follow me." Is all he says, and Angela does what he says and follows him to a dark ally way. Which made Angela a little suspicious of him. "Stay quiet." He says as they enter the ally way.

He takes his hands and puts them on his head and uncovers them. Then pulls his tail out from under his cloth and stretches it out to help get some blood flowing threw it.

"What are you doing?!" Angela wisper shouts

"Shhh." Ryuu replys, "This is why I lead us to a dark ally; keeping my tail and ears hidden for awhile it starts to hurt. So try not to draw attention over here please."

"Fine." Angela mumbles, geuss she could take a little break herself.

   Ryuu sits on the ground with his back against the wall and Angela finds a dumpster to sit on. After a minute in silence Ryuu finally speaks

"Do you have anything to drink by chance? Running around town in a panic kinda makes a guy thristy."

   Then Angela remembers she still has her banna juice bottle that she never touched at all.

"Yeah I have this." She says throwing the bottle at him.

He catches it

"That's funny, I never expected you to like banna juice too." He unscrews the lid and takes a few gulps. "Oh my bad... I should have asked if you're okay with drinking after people."
