[Completed] Clay, Lance, and Macy - Two Knights and A Princess

Chapter 1

Clay was alone at his room in the rolling fortrex as he was reciting the Knights' Code (again). But then, he stopped as he walked towards a big box that he owned and unlocked it to reveal most of his stuff, properly and neatly kept inside. He then took out a photo of someone pretty familiar.

It's Princess Macy Halbert, the Princess of Knighton as well as a member of the Nexo Knights. Clay blushed as he gazed at the photo.

Yes. Clay had always harboured a crush on Princess Macy, whom he respected and admired for her amazing fighting skills...and unique beauty.

Clay stared at the photo for a while as he sighed. How would I fit for the lover of the Princess, he thought. I don't even have the courage to confess to her, he sighed. I don't even know what to say, he grunted. I...am just a plain ol' Knight, he moaned.

"Knock knock!" went the door.

It was Aaron.

"Clay! Time for lunch!" Aaron called him. "If you don't come, Axl will take the biggest portion and leave you nothing to eat..."

"Okay, coming!" Clay answered as he rushed outside of his room, after putting back the photo...and forgetting to lock his big ol' box.

As Clay arrived at the dining room, everybody was there waiting for him. He found a vacant seat next to his crush, Macy, and walked nervously towards the seat and sat down.

Merlok noticed this but kept silent.

"C'mon everybody, let's dig in!" Merlok said excitedly. "Ava, will you code me a chicken leg, please? I'm starving!"

"Merlok, how many times did I have to tell you that you DON'T have to consume food as a digital wizard..." Ava sighed as she said.

"Oh, Ava, my child..." Merlok said as he giggled. "I've always knew about this, heh heh... I just wanna taste one of my favorite food, please..."

"Okay fine, I'll code you one..." Ava sighed once more as the others laughed, except for Clay, who was thinking about what to do with his crush on Macy.

"Clay, my nephew," Merlok called Clay but didn't hear a response.

"Clay?" Macy called him. "CLAY!"

Clay regained consciousness as he looked at Macy, startled.

She was just so...beautiful...

"Clay, my old pal," Jestro called him. "Whatever's happening to you? You look different today. Is everything okay? You don't normally space out. "

"Nothing, I'm fine, old buddy," Clay replied. "Really, I'm fine. What happened?"

"Merlok just called you, Clay," Macy said.

"Oh, really?" Clay said as he turned to his uncle. "What is it, Merlok?"

"I wanna discuss with you about something, my child," Merlok said. "Meet me after lunch, Clay. "

"O-O-Okay, I guess..." Clay said as he continued eating.

Lance was looking at them, and he didn't look happy.
