Chapter 2-The Hour Glass

I walked in the giant doors of the giant doors of the Hope Town Mall. I looked around and thought where to go. First I should go clothes shopping then have a snack break. After that home.

I also had some money of my own. I looked and saw in total I had 135$. First I walked and saw some kids from school. "Hey!" I said.

Maria Flips her short blue hair and her purple dress swirled with her. "Hey whats up." She howls.

"Not to much. You look nice today." I cheer.

"Aw thanks I got to go bye." Maria skips away.

Never had the chance to say bye but whatever. I thought. I went up the stairs and my rose colored purse jingled with chage as I troted up the stairs. It felt like foever climbing up the stairs they where that long.

The first store I saw was an oldish gift shop with weird nick nacks and such. There where no windows to look through. The name of the store was The Hour Glass.

Hmm thats cool but scary. I thought. From what I could see from the dis tance I was from the seemed small but yet large door, the walls where a nice wolf grey color with a beige floor. On the left side of the store was a counter that look like it was through world war 1. The cash regester was tiny yet old and cute at the same time. On the right side of the store was odd nick nacks and racks of beautiful jewerly. I decied to walk in.

A very old looking man was working. He has no hair, grey eyes and old colorful clothes. His old lingerie legs hobbled towards me I was scared yet brave all at the same time.

His old wrinkly finger wiggled its way up as it pointed to a beautiful necklace. I skiped over and gasped at its beauty shine in my heart and eyes.

It had a diamond sun in the middle and a chain leading down from the sun with a diamond moon. On the chain leadin up had moons and stars with diamonds incrested in it.

My eyes widen it actally started to hurt. The peice of jewlery was a simply amazing looking.

What what what slow down May this must be expensive."How much is it?"

"For you free." He kindly said.

"Oh wow. Gosh thank you!"

He walked back to the counter and I heard him quietly say."The Princess

is returning."

Am I going crazy or did I really hear that. Hmm maybe the heat in there bothered me. Man it was hot as Jalipeno Peppers. Spicy. I chuckled among myself.

I sat down at a near by McDonalds

I had a bag of clothes filled with shorts and shirts. I walked as if I sat just climbed Mt.Everest. Walking through a mall takes alot even though I had one bag of clothes it just proved how picky I am.

"A water and salad." I ancounced to the man.

"Coming right up!" The tall brown haired man that was not skinny yet the oppisite.Walked away and came back a minute later with a tray. "5.00$ please." I passed him the money and grabed my food and sat.

I ate and noticed what time it was I glace down at my lime green watch. It read 0:00. Wow forgot stupid thing is broken!!!! I raged in my mind.

I finshed eating. I decided to go back to sauna a.k.a The Hour Glass. I noticed it wasn't there anymore. Just a cafe'. Wait a minute May. Your not going crazy. You still have the necklace. I decided not to walk in and ask where it was. My classmates where sitting there. Plus that only happens in movies.
