Barry POV:
I was still thinking about Cait. I tried calling after my conversation with Iris but she didn't answer. "Hey, Caitlin it's Barry again. I just want to make sure your okay it's late and you haven't been responding to my texts or calls. Anyway call me back so I know you okay. Um and um we also we need to talk about early today. Um-yeah okay bye." That was my 25th time leaving a voice mail. I sit in her desk chair and stare at her blank computer screen. I rub the back of my neck with my hand. What am I going to tell Caitlin? I think about what happened early today. My mind is in a frenzy after Iris and I talk. A few months ago I would have been happy this had happened to me so why do I feel so confused? I slowly reach for a pen. Knowing she won't answer me if I text or call her, I pick one out of her pen holder and grab a sticky note that was near the pens. I scribble something quickly, stick it to the front of her computer in the middle so she won't miss it. I get up and speed away to Joe's house.
The note:
Meet me at Jitters tomorrow at 3:00 am. We need to talk.
