Caitlin POV:
It's been 10 minutes since Jay had texted me asking me if I wanted to have breakfast with him. I had done my normal morning routine and went to work only to find no-one there and a note from Barry. I had re-read the note so may times. What is there to talk about? I already know he picked Iris. I mean he is madly in love with her. After I had read the note Jay texted me. I had to choose between Barry or Jay.
To be honest I wanted to go to Barry but I know he will just try to let me down easy so I decided I'm going with Jay. I get up, walk out of S.T.A.R Labs and head to meet up with Jay. I do feel bad for Barry, I know he hurt so I shouldn't. I need to focus on what's best for me and not other people.
I can see Jay through the big opened window. The restaurant is pretty fancy for breakfast so I'm glad I wore a, white top with small ruffles on the v-line. And a red pencil skirt. I fix my hair a little and make my way inside. Jay and I make eye contact. He smiles at me and of course to be polite I smile back. I walk towards him. "Moring Jay" I sit down in front of him and gracefully sit on the chair. "Good morning Caity." I really don't like that nickname but I don't want to seem rude. I wish I could run to Barry but I know that he doesn't want me and I know that he will never be mine.
