Closing her green eyes as tears formed in them, Aliona watched as her ex-boyfriend collected the twins for his weekend with them; it had been a week since Daniel had walked back into Aliona’s life.

He had been granted access to the children fortnightly where they twins would spend the weekend with him and his fiancée, in their city home.

Iker wrapped his arms around Aliona; his team-mates had been stunned to hear that he was now dating the blonde; however they had been supportive when they had seen how happy the Goalkeeper was with her.

“It’ll be okay,” Iker murmured softly as he held her close, he had seen how devastated Aliona had been when Lola had started to cry as Daniel collected them for his first weekend with them.

It had broken her heart that she couldn't stop him from taking them for the weekend, it was clear that the twins didn't want to spend the weekend with their father but since it was court ruled that they had to there wasn’t anything that Aliona could do.

Iker sighed as he pressed a kiss to her head and closed his eyes, he wanted to take her mind off what was happening around her; with the twins now spending every other weekend with Daniel and Iker due to return the capital in the next week, it was clear that things were changing at such a fast pace right now.

“I don’t know what I will do when you leave,” Aliona murmured as she turned to face her boyfriend of a week, he smiled at her softly before he kissed her; he wanted nothing more than to ask her to come back to the city with him and move in.

Iker licked his lips as he looked down at his girlfriend, he had already decided to sell the house that he had shared with Sara in the capital; however he had decided that he wanted to move a little closer to Aliona.

“What are you thinking?” Aliona said noticing the look on her boyfriend’s face, she knew that he was up to something since she’d caught him speaking to an estate agent; however she figured it was more to do with the fact he didn't want the house that he shared with his ex-girlfriend anymore.

“I’m going house viewing tomorrow in El Molar… would you mind coming with me?” Iker asked making the blonde nod in her head in agreement as she looked at him confused; she wondered why he wanted a house so far out of the city.

Aliona sighed as she climbed out of her Ford Focus, she looked at Iker who flashed her a small smile as he moved to her side; he had driven them to the house that he had a viewing at.

Aliona was wearing a skater dress in bright stitch stripe paired with black leather western ankle boots for the viewing and Iker licked his lips as he wrapped an arm around her waist.

The blonde raised an eyebrow at her boyfriend as he flashed her, a smile at the estate agent that had come out of the house to greet them.

"Senor Casillas, it’s a pleasure to see you, a deal has gone down on your house in the Capital,” the estate agent said making Iker nod as he held Aliona close, the blonde bit her lip as she noticed the estate agent checking her out.

“Well hopefully I’ll be able to move out soon,” Iker said making the estate agent nod in agreement before leading the couple into the house, his eyes sneaking a look at Aliona.

Iker ignored him as he kept his arm around Aliona’s waist as they were shown around the house.

“So what do you think?” Iker asked softly making Aliona shrug as she turned to face him; it wasn’t as if her opinion mattered, he’d be the one living here.

“It’s nice,” Aliona said making Iker look at her, he raised an eyebrow at her making the blonde sighed as she looked around the room they were standing in.

“Iker, you’ll be the one that lives here, why does it matter what I think?” Aliona asked making her boyfriend look at the estate agent, who quickly left the room giving the two of them a moment to talk.

Iker licked his lips as he looked at his girlfriend, he knew what he was about to ask her was stupid but he had to ask, he didn't think that he would cope being away from her.

“I want you and the twins to move in with me,” Iker said making Aliona stare at him shocked, they had only been dating officially a week and hadn’t known each other that long.

Iker carefully cupped Aliona’s face as he looked at her, he could tell that she was shocked by his proposition; it wasn’t usually something you asked someone you had been dating for a week.

“You can’t be serious,” Aliona said making Iker chuckle as he rubbed his thumbs over her cheeks, he knew that she wasn’t going to jump straight into this but he hoped that he would be able to change her mind.

“I am serious, Aliona, I love you and I know that this is still new. But I don’t think that I’ll be able to walk away when this retreat is over… you’ll still be forty-five minutes away if I buy this place and that’s still too far,” Iker said making Aliona blink back tears as she stared at him; she couldn't believe that he had said those three words.

Taking a deep breath, Aliona ran a hand through her hand through her hair; she knew that her decision would change everything.

“I love you too… I’ll move in with you,” Aliona said making Iker grin before he pulled her into a kiss; he knew that this would make people worry but he didn't care as long as he was happy.

Daniel frowned as he watched his fiancée drink another glass of wine, she was glaring at the twins who were sat quietly on the couch; today had awkward and it was clear that Delilah didn't like them.

“You could at least act like you’re happy they are here,” Daniel hissed as he watched Lola cuddled into her brother, the two of them had cried for their mother for hours and hadn’t really eaten much while they had been here. Delilah glared at him.

“I don’t want them here… you said when you walked out on Aliona that you wanted nothing to do with them, so why are you doing all this?” Delilah demanded making Liam and Lola flinch; Daniel grabbed her by the arm and dragged her out of the living room.

Slamming the door behind him, Daniel glared at his fiancée as he looked at her; he knew that she wasn’t thrilled with the idea of having the twins here, she hated children.

“I’m doing this to remind Aliona that I will always be a part of her life… she thinks that by dating that footballer, she’ll replace me and I won’t let her,” Daniel snarled making Delilah look at him in disgust. She stared at her fiancé for a moment as if wondering what she saw in him.

“You sound like you’re still in love with her… let her go Daniel,” the brunette said making Daniel frown as he looked at her.

The lawyer was silent for a few moments before he chuckled and shook his head as he moved towards her, he knew what Delilah was trying to do.

“I don’t love Aliona… but if she thinks that she can replace me in my children’s life with that footballer then she has another thing coming,” Daniel said making his fiancée purse her lips, she suddenly had a feeling that he wasn’t completely over his ex like had said.
