A few days after the crash, Aliona was feeling a lot better and was finally well enough to go and see her newborn son; the blonde stood gazing at incubator, tears trailed down her face as she looked at her son.
“You okay amor?” Iker asked as he wrapped his arm around his fiancée, he could see that she was hurting about what had happened but she didn't seem to want to talk about it.
“I just keep thinking about how close I came to losing him,” Aliona admitted as she glanced at Iker, who sighed as he held her close; they had both been extremely lucky since they’d walked away with minimal injuries from the crash.
“He’s okay and he’s getting stronger every day,” Iker said softly making Aliona nod her head softly, she was ignored the doctor part of her and allowing herself to only think as a mother.
“I know but every time I close my eyes all I see that car coming at us. It was aiming for us Iker,” she said as the tears continued to fall making Iker lick his lips; the doctors had said it would take time for both of them to recover from what had happened.
“I’m so scared Iker,” Aliona admitted making the Spaniard sighed as he wiped some tears from her face, he hated that Daniel had done this to them and wanted him to pay for what he had done; however that just wasn’t possible.
“Scared of what?” Iker asked her as she looked up at him, he knew that she needed to get this out of her system before it became a bigger problem and tore them apart.
“Scared that we will still lose him and scared that these nightmares will never stop,” she said looking down at the floor, ashamed that she was feeling like this; she had dealt with horrible things being a doctor, yet this had truly shaken her.
“Are you having nightmares about the crash?” Iker asked making Aliona nodded but she didn't look up at him; he sighed as he cupped her chin and made her look at him with her beautiful green eyes.
“We are not going to lose him. He is doing great and you will get over the nightmares I promise. Every time you get one I will be there to comfort you and help you through it okay,” Iker said making Aliona look at him gratefully before their son made a small noise; the couple looked at him with sad smiles, they couldn't wait to finally put all of this behind them.
“We’ll have to think of a name for him… not that baby boy Casillas isn’t nice but we can’t call him that forever,” Iker mused making Aliona smile softly as she looked at her son, she had never thought that she would have to think of a baby name now.

Lola and Liam smiled as they cuddled their mother, they hadn't been told what had really been told what had happened; only that Iker and Aliona had been in an accident and that they now had a baby brother.
Aliona’s hospital room was filled with card from the couple’s friends, everyone had been shocked to hear that Daniel had done such a thing and had tried to kill Aliona and Iker.
“How are you feeling Mama?” Lola asked as she sat down next to their mother, Iker watched from the door with his arms crossed; he was pleased to hear that Aliona would be released from hospital today, though for their son they would have to wait a little longer.
“I’m feeling a lot better Gracias,” Aliona said as the nurse brought the newborn in for his feed, Lola grinned at the sight of her baby brother while Liam frowned at him.
Iker chuckled as he moved to sit the little boy on his lap; he knew that this was going to take time for them all to adjust with the sudden arrival of the little boy.
“What’s his name?” Lola asked as she looked down at the newborn in her mother’s arms, Aliona smiled at her as she glanced at Iker who grinned; the couple had finally decided on a name for their little boy.
“Luca Andres Casillas Garcia,” Iker said proudly as he looked at his fiancée, they had already discussed changing the twins’ last name from Garcia to Casillas Garcia so that they were ready for when Aliona and Iker married.
“Thank God… I was beginning to think you were going to stick with baby boy Casillas,” Alexandria said as she stepped into the hospital room with Carmen, the two women smiled at the sight of the family; they had been blessed that the family had all survived the crash.
“Isn’t he beautiful?” Alexandria cooed as she looked down at her grandson, she couldn't believe that he was doing so well considering his traumatic birth.

Sara licked her lips nervously as she stepped into the hospital room, she had waited until Iker had left before she had approached; she wanted to be able to talk to Aliona alone without having to worry about what anyone else would say.
The blonde looked up surprised to see the reporter entering her hospital room,
“He’s beautiful,” Sara murmured as she looked at the newborn that lay in Aliona’s arms; she knew that she shouldn’t be here but there was something that she had to say.
Aliona licked her lips wondering what the reporter wanted, Iker had made it perfectly clear that he didn't want Sara anywhere near his family and yet here she was.
“What are you doing here Sara?” Aliona asked as she shifted her son in her arms, she didn't know what it was but she had a feeling that this wasn’t going to be pleasant.
The brunette sighed as she stuffed her hands into her pockets before she looked at Aliona sadly.
“Look after him… Iker deserves to be happy and if you ever hurt him like I did, then I will make your life hell,” Sara said making the blonde stare at her stunned; she hadn't expected to her those words from Sara.
The reporter licked her lips as she watched Aliona and the baby for a moment, Xabi had been right it was time for her to let Iker go and be happy herself; she just wanted to make sure that Aliona made her ex-boyfriend happy first.
“You don’t have to worry about me anymore… I’ve been offered a job in Barcelona and I’m going to take it; a fresh start away from here and all the damage that I have done. I wish you and Iker the best,” Sara said making Aliona nod her head, she might have disliked the reporter but she wished her all the best in the future.
Sara took a deep breath before she turned to leave the room at the same moment that Iker returned; she only offered him a small smile before she left making Iker look at Aliona confused.
The blonde shrugged before turning her attention to Luca, who was sleeping peacefully in her arms; Iker moved to sit next to her wondering what had happened.
“What did she want?” he asked softly as he looked down at Luca, a smile formed on his face as he looked at his son; he was amazed every time that he looked at the newborn.
Aliona looked at her fiancé, she smiled softly before she kissed his lips; Iker looked at her worried making her smile widened.
“She’s moving to Barcelona… she won’t be bothering us anymore,” Aliona said making Iker grin as he sat next to his fiancée on the hospital bed; he couldn't believe that everything was working out so well for him.
