Indie's pov
"Holy.." I don't finish my sentience, I just stare at the house as we exit the car and I lock it, I shove my keys in the back of my pocket and I can't help but stand and stare at it for a little.
It is a big house, it looks pretty expensive too.
"Is this the house Harry's party is being thrown at, with the pool?" I ask Niall, he nods his head at me. Next Friday is going to be interesting, I wonder how many people are going to come, I wonder if he will try to kick me out..
"Louis remind me again why your parents don't just buy a house like this?" I hear Linsey's voice in front of me, I bite my lip trying not to say anything, she really annoys me in the way she speaks.
"Because my parents aren't like yours, they want the home feeling, not the rich feeling." I watch Linsey roll her eyes and cross her arms as everyone stands by the door, Louis quickly knocks. We all stand there listening to them bickering.
"I know.. your parents house is tiny though, you're uncles doing it right." She seems more quiet now, like she knows she's wrong.
"No smaller than the—"
"Hey! Get the hell in here, all of you." I smile as Louis uncle invites us in—in a welcoming manner to say the least. I don't get a chance to fully look at him before he hugs a couple of the boys and walks back inside the house.
My shoulder slightly brushes past Harry's and he looks at me, still no emotion, I can't really tell if he's going to just snap at me or now not speak to me.
"Sorry." I mumble, he doesn't say anything, he just keeps walking ahead of me.
Music softly plays outside, I walk more into the house with everyone and look around. Louis jumps on the couch, making himself comfortable and everyone else sits around making themselves comfortable, either standing and talking or on a chair. I take it upon myself to meet Spencer, I walk into the direction he went and find him.
"Hi, I'm Indie." I smile as I walk up to him, he is behind a home bar stool, he flashes a smile and looks at me. I get a better look at him, he is young, he has brown hair, it's quite messy but it almost looks naturally straight with a little gel put there to keep it pushed up and of his face, his eyes are brown and he has a little bit of a beard peeking through. He looks quite handsome to say the least.
"Spencer," he pours a drink of alcohol to me, I smile but decide not to drink anything he's offered until he actually asks, not trying to be petty, more just polite. "You Louis girlfriend or something?"
"No, just s friend." I smile, I sit down at the chair that is outside of the bar stool so I can have a conversation with Spencer.
"So, whats your job? How did you end up affording a place like this?" I ask curiously.
"My Dad, well, Louis dads bother if that makes it any easier, they're working together and they run a heap of building companies." That sounds interesting enough, I guess I've never known much about buildings or businesses.
"Oh cool."
"Can I just say, you're quite the beauty." His eyes flicker to mine, I can't help but blush slightly. "You also don't sound very American, you're from Australia I'm guessing?"
"Thank you," I start, I tuck a strand of hair behind my ear. "Yes, I'm from Australia, it's cool you picked up the accent so quickly."
"I'm good with accents, I have a couple friends thar are in Sydney." He tells me, I nod my head in surprise.
"Oh that's cool, I'm from Queensland." I explain, thinking about being back at home in the hot, dry weather, it's not that bad here in summer, it can be quite dry and summers usually short, but in winter it does get quite chilly apparently.
