Professor McGonagall had everyone go directly back to their common room. Since I didn't know where the Slytherin Common Room is, I followed Draco. When we got there, I had found out I was sharing my dormitory with Luna Lovegood, Pansy Parkinson, and Astoria Greengrass. Surprisingly, the 4 of us got along amazingly. After our 5th year, Luna and I got used to breaking the rules so that wasn't a problem. We would talk about boys or clothes or shoes. Since our classes start at 9 am we would stay up late and talk for hours. It was amazing. I grew closer to Pansy and Astoria. So close that they let Harry and Ginny visit sometimes.
Being a Slytherin was getting better and better. I wasn't losing points in potions anymore. Life as a Slytherin 7th Year was easier than it ever was as a Gryffindor 7th Year. On the downside, I now had ALL of my classes with Draco. Well, I'm sort of warming up to him, he's actually really nice now. He doesn't call me 'Mudblood' anymore! He's not just not calling me Mudblood anymore, but he's actually calling me by my first name. He's actually pretty nice and cute when he doesn't make fun of you! Snap out of it Hermione! He's the Slytherin Prince, how could you fall for him!
Astoria walked into our dorm when I was deep in thought. "Hey, Tori!" I said to her as she walked in. "Hey 'Mione! Want to join me and some others at Hogsmeade? We're going after potions!" Astoria asked me. I was wondering who else would be there, "Yeah, sure!" I told her. "We should get going to Defence Against the Dark Arts." I continue as I get off my bed and walk toward the door. Astoria, Luna, Pansy, and I walk to the D.A.D.A classroom.
Lunch
During Lunch, I sat with Luna, Pansy, Astoria, Blaise, Ron, and Draco. Us 7 were the new Slytherin Gang, we hung out before class, after class, during class, basically all the time. I sat in between Draco and Pansy (Draco asked me to). Believe it or not, but Draco was my best friend in Slytherin. Well, other than Pansy, Tori, and Luna, of course. The Slytherin Gang left the table and went to chill in the Slytherin Common Room. We stayed in the common room, spilling out gossip about all 4 houses until we had to get ready for Charms. We all walked together and ran into Harry and Ginny. Draco and I were in front, I hugged them and told everyone to keep going and that I would catch up. I told Astoria to stay back. I told Harry and Ginny that a group of people were going to Hogsmeade and asked if they were able to come. They looked excited, but unfortunately, Astoria said this was an exclusive Slytherin only Hogsmeade trip. Astoria and I ran to catch up with the Slytherin Gang.
