Back at Hogwarts

Hogsmeade

I knew I was faster than Astoria but she was still talking to Harry and Ginny. I bellowed from the other end of the hallway, "You coming, Tori?" She said one final thing to them and then bellowed back,"Yeah!" It didn't take long for Astoria and me to catch up, I assumed my position at the front of the Slytherin Gang along with Astoria.

After Potions

I changed out of my robes and into a light pink sweater and dark jeans. The off shoulder pink sweater was Astorias. We always borrow each other's clothes. Astoria told me that everyone was already there. We walked to Hogsmeade and she told me to continue to the lake. She left and headed toward the bathrooms. I walked and walked when finally I saw Draco. He was standing there in a suit, holding a bouquet of roses. My jaw dropped as I slowly walked closer to him, my hand flew to my mouth and covered it. "Hermione, I know we haven't exactly seen eye to eye in the past, but... I have liked you for so long. I have been rude and called you names, simply because I like you too much. When you were sorted into Slytherin I saw it as my chance to get to know you and be kind to you. So, Hermione, will you go out with me?" I was trying to comprehend what just happened. Draco Malfoy, a guy I've liked or a while, just asked me on a date. I stuttered, " I- I. Y-y" I forgot how to use words. "Yes, I would love to go out with you Draco Malfoy."I walked closer to him and threw my arms around him. As I was hugging Draco I saw Harry and Ginny walking behind us. They looked at me and I gave Ginny a tell-you-later look.

 We walked back to the common room, hand in hand. I found Astoria back in the dormitory. "Soooo... how did it go?" Astoria asked me. I was so shy and shocked about what happened. "Well... wait, did you set this up? I asked Astoria curiously. "Well, I helped get you there so I guess." Astoria is really the most amazing friend I have ever met, other than Ginny of course. "Thank you so much, Tori! Draco and I are going on a date!" Wait, "Have you seen Ron or Pansy?" Astoria responded, telling me no, she hasnt. I was so happy about Draco I could barely sleep. It didn't matter anyway. I checked my phone, the time showed midnight. The door opened, I automatically turned my phone off and took out my wand. Lumos! Pansy was standing there squinting. I slowly lowered my wand and put it down on my bedside table. The light slowly dimmed until there was no light left. Pansy said nothing and walked to her bed. Silently we both went to bed.
