The sun was shining against my back, birds were chirping, and Beau laid right next to me. It was a great way to spend the rest of the afternoon, we had laid towels out in the backyard and were sunbaking together, it had been over 2 hours and the twins still weren't home, we just laid in silence looking at each other and smiling, small conversations every now and then. I told Beau that I quit my job to come help him, and he told me that he had other girlfriends after I left, but it apparently only to get over me...

I heard someone clear their throat but it wasn't Beau, I looked up to see Luke, a smirk was on his face, I popped an eyebrow up at him for him to speak up about what he was thinking, "Skyla just had sex! We all went inside Jai, Luke and I packed away the groceries while Beau was on the phone to Gina, it was nice to see them talking, he was explaining everything that had happened earlier this morning. It sent shivers down my back even thinking about it, the gun at my head, Logan's flat blue eyes, his blonde shaggy hair, him placing kiss on my body, Beau telling me he loved me, it was a lot for one morning. "So Sky, are you and Beau together?" Jai questioned me snapping me out of my thoughts

"What sorry?"

"Are you and Beau together?" he asked a bit slower, are we together? I just shook my head quickly

"But uses-" I cut him off

"But nothing, okay?" I snapped at him, he just shrugged it off and continued unpacking.

3 Weeks had passed since the day I had a gun to my head and Beau told me he loved me, he worked up the guts to ask me back out about a week later. It was his birthday today, I woke up and looked out the window, it was a nice, sunny day I shuffled my body to turn over and there before me was the sleeping birthday boy, I smiled, I place one leg over and then place my body on his waist so I was straddling him, I leant in and gave him a kiss, "wake up birthday boy" I mumbled against his lips,

"No" he groaned, I giggled and then got of the bed and went towards the lounge room,

"Hey boys" I smiled, they were wrapping the last of the many presents that sat on the lounge room floor,

"Beau! Get your fat ass in here now!" Luke screamed out, I couldn't help but laugh, I made my way towards the kitchen and started making pancakes, who doesn't love pancakes on their birthday? The next thing I heard was a scream, only a scream that would come out of Beaus mouth. He must have seen all the presents, it wasn't long until I had made 11 pancakes for all of us, 2 for me and 3 for the boys, I plated them up put two scoops of ice-cream on the side and dripping maple syrup on top. I carried two plates at a time out to the table I sat down and started eating, it was nice to see them all playing with Beau's new gadgets, and laughing, I saw Jai look up.

"you started without us!?" he shrieked, Beau and Luke immediately turned around and pulled the same face Jai was, they hurried to their feet and plopped down at a seat each at the table, they all dug in and thanked me. I washed up and then decided it was time to take Beau out, I ran into my room going through all the draws and finding Beau's clothes mixed with mine, he had his own draw but he went by the motto 'what's yours is mine, and what's mine is yours' Luke turned Beau's room into a study/sitting room because his started UNI, I didn't mind sharing a room with Beau, after all, we are together now.
