Someones Watching Over Me [Chapter 6]

“I’m so sorry, I, I didn’t mean to, I would never mean to, I just don’t know what’s gotten into me, I know your just trying to help, and, I've treated Jai and Luke like shit, I, I, just don’t know.. what to do” I heard some stutter, sobbing in between, but I just couldn’t open my eyes to see who it was, I’m guessing it was probably Beau, I could tell his voice from anywhere, I tried to move my body but failed, it felt like I was trapped, my body was just laying lifeless on the bed, I could only hear everything, the beeping that was continuous, I was definitely in a hospital. I can’t remember much after Beau landed on me; I know he didn’t mean it. I heard footsteps approach where I was laying, the sobs where becoming louder as he came closer, I winced at the feeling of the cold hands touching mine but of course my body still didn’t move,

“Sky, if you can hear me, just do something, anything” he pleaded, I tried to lift up my eye lids but they were just too heavy, I tried squeezing his hand but I don’t think that worked either, the beeps on the machine became more consistent  

“I think she just squeezed my hand, it wasn’t very strong, but I think she’s waking up” Beau said, he must have been talking to someone, I smiled to myself at the thought that I actually did squeeze his hand.

"Mr Brooks, I’m gonna have to ask you to take a seat” an unfamiliar voice spoke, I felt Beaus hand leave mine, I didn’t want it to happen but it did. It was the first time he’d actually touched me for a good reason since god knows when.  I tried to open my eyes again with all the strength I had, and they opened slightly but closed again, I kept trying for what seemed forever but then it happened, they opened, I've never been so thankful to be able to see in my whole entire life.

“Sky!” Beau squealed, like when a little kid hears the ice cream truck coming and their mum says that their allowed to buy something, he rushed over to my side with a chair and just smiled, something I haven’t seen him done in a long time, he leant over and brushed a piece of hair out of my face placing it behind my ear, then kissing my forehead, butterflies filled my stomach, we just sat in silence for a while, it was nice, he just smiled at me.

It was later that day I got released, Luke and Jai where in the waiting room the whole time together, they came in not long after I woke up. I sprawled out over my bed, a nice breeze flowed through the window, I was reading a book, 50 shades of grey it was called, there was a faint knock at the door, “come in” I shouted out

“hey, Sky, we need to talk, I bought your antibiotics to” Beau smiled at me, came over and sat at the end of my beg cross legged, he handed me two tablets, I had to take them 3 times a day, for two weeks. He then passed me a glass of water.

“so, why did you start the drugs?” I spat before he could say anything, just because I was injured and weak, doesn’t mean I haven’t wanted to ask that question since I found out. He let out a deep sigh.

“After you left, I started to go out more, just to find other people to get you off my mind, and I guess I got in the wrong crowd, I started doing bad stuff Sky, really bad stuff, which not even my brothers know about, and they never will. Then mum left, she was over all the stuff that was happening, I kept having parties, id bring home girls, and worst of all, id bring home Logan” he said, but when he said the word ‘Logan’ he just sound so disgusted.

“First of all Beau, you need to call your mum, and apologise, for everything you have done, invite her over for dinner” I said with confidence in my voice knowing Beau was actually going to listen to me, he just shook his head.

“What do you mean no?” I said coldly

“She won’t come”

“You don’t know that, you’d be surprised”

In one swift move he got of my bed and left, I think he was going to call his mum, I miss Gina. I went into the lounge room to see Luke and Jai sitting with wide smiles on their faces, they were watching Step Brothers; I plopped down in the middle of them, “guess who’s coming over for dinner?” I smirked at them.

“Who?” they both said in sync, that happened a lot, I wonder if it was like twin powers?

“Mumma bear!” I squealed, they both smiled in excitement, it was like it was on cue but Beau walked in, Luke and Jai straightened up as if they were protecting me or something.

“she said yes” Beau smiled, causing the same expression to cross our face.

Alright, hey :) sorry to keep you all waiting, my internet like died, and yeah sorry :) but this chapter wasnt so good, im sorry about that aswell, i promise the next chapter will be better, alot of shit goes down.  6 votes & 6 comments ? thank you so much for all the feedback, it really gives me insperation to write, i know this really isnt relevant, but i joined the gym today, and i was their for like 2 hours, and yeah im really excited, someone told me that they were my biggest fan, i didnt even know i had fans, but thats the cutest thing ever! if your still reading now, your probably really bored or something, i wouldnt have bothered reading all of this, but if you are reading it, i love you! :) but yeah thanks for reading, and i am sorry for such a crap chapter :) xxx
