(28) Age of Ultron Pt5

Lifeguard's POV

I have never seen Steve nor Bucky shaken so bad, and that pissed me off...oh, did it piss me the frag off. Ultron was using both of those kids, and by the way Sunny and Sides acted told me what one of them was to them. The girl named Wanda...Wanda was their sparkmate. I looked at Steve, "Are you alright my love?" I asked.

"I am now, what the hell did she do to us?" he asked.

"She got into our heads, Cap." Banner said.

"She played on our weaknesses," Natasha spoke.

"And the damage we have caused," Bucky said sadly.

I looked at Sunny and Sides and began cussing them in Cybertronian, "Look at what your mate did to mine, and to our friends! I would'nt be shocked if she got to Tony as well." I snapped.

"You leave Wanda out of this," Sunny said.

"LOOK AT WHAT SHE DID TO THEM!" I yelled in English.

Sunny and Sides looked at Steve and Bucky, then to me both looking like a pair of kicked puppies, "She may very well have." Landfall said.

Landfall's POV

I looked over at Tony who shook his head, "There is a chance, Tony, ever since Sakovia you have been off." Ratchet said.

"I'm fine." Tony tried to say but I cut him off.

"Don't lie to me." I looked him directly in the eye letting him know the seriousness of my words.

"I saw.....something," Tony said.

"What?" I asked.

Tony looked upset, "I saw the death of the Avengers, the Autobots, the Decepticons, and I was the only one left standing." Tony said.

I cupped Tony's face in my hands, "The future isn't set in stone Tony, it is always moving, Vector Prime would warn us of an event." I explained, "And he would try all in his power to stop him."

Tony nodded and kissed my forehead, "Doesn't excuse the fact that I lost you...everything looked and felt so real..." Tony said walking away.

I looked over at my sister who was looking at me and shook her head, "That explains Ultron." she said turning her head to see Steve and Bucky looking at us.

"He made Ultron out of fear," I said sadly, "a fear of losing those close to him."

Liz looked at me and sent a silent nod a confirmation that we had to use our ability to stop Ultron once and for all even if it cost us our lives, we had to protect our mates no matter the cost.

Steve's POV

To know why Tony and Banner built Ultron now it made sense in a lot of ways. Tony had been alone since his parents were killed by HYDRA, and Landfall brought him joy even after Pepper wouldn't give the man the time of day. Whatever that Wanda girl made him see made him build Ultron. To keep Landfall and Liz both safe along with the rest of us, that Tony saw as family.

Ratchet's eyes glowed blue before he stood up and smacked Landfall on the back of the head. "Why didn't I see it before, you are always the most reserved between you and your sister about your brothers. Why didn't you run a scan on yourself before the mission?" Ratchet asked Landfall.

"What do you mean Ratchet?" I asked curiously.

"Landfall is sparked." Ratchet said glaring at Landfall as Sunny, Sides, and Liz gasped.
