A/N: This is a chapter where we learn some stuff about Alia. It's a bit short but I double updated! More Loki and Alia arguing fun! Comment, vote, and share!

I was in a cave, battered and bloodied. I heard a voice call my name and laugh.

“Please, please stop” I beg as the pain starts up again.

It’s throbbing in my head. I willed the rocks around me to be thrown around, trying to hit the source of the voice. The efforts were futile and I fell against the cave wall.

“You will never have full control!” the voice screamed in my mind. I cried in agony and slid to the floor.

 “Alia!”

I lifted up and looked around in complete alarm.

Loki was staring at me.

I lifted an eyebrow questioningly.

The blanket he had supplied me fell to my lap and I ran a hand through my hair.

“Was I screaming?” I asked.

Loki nodded with his lips sealed together.

“And crying… Your rest is never easy. I think perhaps you don’t want to know your past” he muttered coldly.

I hesitated for a moment. Biting back a comment that would surely start an argument.

“Thank you for the blanket” I whispered.

Loki cleared his throat and looked away from me.

“Do not thank me. It was a simple gesture” he insisted, waving it off.

I rolled my eyes. Would it kill him to admit he did something nice?

I heard the guards coming.

“Coming for you again?” he asked.

“I have to go to the healers. They might be able to help me” I told him.

Loki chuckled darkly.

“The only way to help you is get inside your mind and only…choice people can do that” he said.

“Well... choice people are assholes and won’t help me. So I’ll take what I can get” I said bitterly.

Loki turned away.

“How dare you? I have…” but he was cut off.

The guards were here and putting the barrier down to my cell.

I looked at Loki as they silently took me away. Was he hurt that I called him an asshole? No. Loki doesn’t get hurt. Does he?

I was lying on a table while a nurse named Eir worked on me.

“My dear it is most unusual your situation. I’m getting bits and pieces but I’m afraid all I can tell you right now is that… uhm you’re from Asgard."

I bolted upright and almost head-butted her.

“What? How is that possible?” I demanded.

Eir shook her head.

“I don’t know. Perhaps you should work with someone who could get into your memories. Frigga could possibly help” Eir said calmly.

“Frigga?” I asked.
