Chapter eighteen: Escaped.

(Magic's P.O.V)

Buckingham Palace 2014

Sebastian leaped into the air, silver butter knives in between his fingers.

"Magic! This way!" Euphemia called out to me as she and the rest of them ran, (in case u were wondering, Nunnally was sent back since she was on a wheelchair and lelouch wanted her gone. Sorry 😟) Sebastian was closing the space between us faster than I anticipated. I ran to them, they were by the kitchen doors; when I got inside, Suzaku locked the doors.

"That won't last long, he is a demon." I warn.

"You think we didn't know that?" Lelouch argues.

"Well it looks like you've never had dealt with them before!" I press on.

"We lived with him for nearly ten years, he hasn't aged one bit since we first met him; and we never got on his bad side." Suzaku comes in.

"Well I've known him for centuries! And he is a demon! They don't have a good side or bad, it's all the same for them!"

"Guys, guys! Right now our only job is to get out of here." Euphemia says, "a nearby exit is this way." She points up.

"The roof?" I ask totally lost.

"Yes."

I fly up and use my mana to pull up the boys, since Euphemia is dead, she has wings. Lelouch and Suzaku insisted they she open the door, even though I can open it with my pinky! But do they listen?

No.

The door creaks open slowly, rust and dust (rhyming!) shower down on us. When the door is completely open, the kitchen door explodes. Sebastian walks in, his face deadly calm.

I shiver in disgust and walk into the new room.

The room is a lot bigger on the inside, and cleaner too; like someone is already living here.

"I hear you Princess." Sebastian's creepy voice echoed out, he jumped up into the tiny room and we were trapped.

I stepped back, hitting the wall; I brought my hands behind me and searched the wall for an exit. Since he was a demon, I could fight him; but he has an unusual power, he can nullify my magic if it's used on him (gakuen alice, since mikan is a werewolf i decided to let him have her power!).

"Don't you have powers to kill him?!" Suzaku whispered.

"Yea, but it doesn't work on him?" I whisper back.

"So, in other words, you're useless to us. Right?" Lelouch glared.

I glared back at him with more force.

Sebastian laughed at us, "my, my, isn't this a wonderful sight!"

"Is he okay?" Euphemia asks hesitantly.

"No, he's a sick psychopath."

She gulped loudly, loud enough to make the demon twist his face into another one of his sick devious smiles.

Euphemia nudges my side, I turn to look at her; she looks past me, to the side.

An exit!

I charge at the door and scream orders to the kids to follow me, but when I step out, its a large balcony.

We were definitely trapped.

(Ryder's P.O.V)

Library in pack house 2014

Ignacia and I left Asher a while ago, he was throwing a fit because he wanted to spend his night with Magic; but things don't always have to go his way.

"Ryder, pay attention!" Ignacia scolded me.

I sighed in defeat, I hate studying, therefore makes me hate reading. But right now we are currently researching about our first alpha of our pack, Keith D'blanche.

"Ryder, go look around if you won't focus." A small voice rang out.

I turned to look at her, her ocean blue eyes made me lose my thoughts immediately. "W-what?" I stutter out.

"Just walk around." She laughs.

"You know me well." I smile down at her small frame beside me.

"No, it just looked like you were going to die when I told you to read." She giggles.

"Oh." I feel wonderful now.

She pushes me off the chair and tells me to go find more books, but that involves reading.

The library is really big (if u watched beauty and the beast, the lib in that movie is how this one looks 🌹), there are shelves on each wall; a gap here and there for the oversized windows that never open. Four ladders on each wall that reach up to the highest shelf. I climb up the closest ladder from where I stood, Asher and I usually climbed up to the top and see who would jump down the fastest.

"Ryder!" A small voice calls out.

I turn around to see Anni by the door, her face is pale, sweat running down her face.

"Caine escaped!"

Oh no!

Ignacia calls out for Flame and shifts into her tiger, she flys out the room and heads outside. Anni ran back out, following her; I would've done the same but the notes left on the table where Ignacia was sitting was an ancient letter.

It was from Magic.

(Caine's P.O.V)

Unknown location 2014

I ran through the forest to find someone, but there was blood nearby.

My blood.

So I decided to take a detour to meet him. The path I took was a bit creepy, out of place in a sick, green world. The path to the portal to be exact, the portal was in a dry cavern and did not exist in the human eye.

A dark shadow swoops down above me, a shadow very familiar.

"Hello Caine, its nice to see another familiar face." It says to me.

"Nice to see you to, Peterhausen."

The dragon smiled at me before knocking me unconscious.

Just to let u all know, this chapter was not edited unless i did it while i was typing this part up, im working on another story "A Fixed Marriage with the Billionaire" i only have two parts since i started working yesterday. And i was at Singapore for the past two weeks and there is no wifi, if there was it sucked! so i didnt work on this story till today... but i will try to update as soon as possible!
