As You Wish Upon the Stars [ON HOLD]

Prologue

"Mom, there's a shooting star!"

"Make a wish, darling."

"I wish that I will meet the one for me." I secretly wished while gazing up at the night sky.

"What's your wish, darling?"

"No! I won't say it to you because I'll let it happen. Lovely night, mom." I said while walking towards our tent. My mom stayed on the bench.

"Lovely night too, darling. Close your eyes and pray to God."

"Hmm. I will. I'll pray to God that my wish will be granted." and she smiled at me before I zipped our tent.

It is my first time visiting this place and sadly, I am so sleepy right now. This place is spectacular and magical.

Oh, there's a shooting star again. Another one. Ugh! Why did I waste them? I could've wished for more.

I can't! I can't wish anymore!

Every time I wish, I remember my mom. My mom who I miss so much, who I wish is still by my side. As tears began to flow, he stayed beside me.

"Why did you stop?"

I can't look at anyone as long as I'm crying. People know me as the brave one, not the fragile one.

"I can't take it anymore."

"It's fine to take a short break. There are still a bunch of stars in the universe and I believe one of them is shining by my side. Don't forget to continue dreaming and conquering, Andy. Just wish by my side."

Him and his comforting words. Thank you for being one of the reasons why I met him, mom.
