Stefan's P.O.V:

"Darling, don't you look dashing," Celine said in a mocking tone.

Celine was my ex. We met in high school and totally hit it off. They say, what starts in high school stays in high school. But we made it to college. Things were going fine. Until, my friends started telling me that Celine was not loyal to me. Of course I didn't believe them. Celine was so pure so sweet. She would never cheat on me. Until our 2nd year, when I went to the gym to retrieve my belongings from my locker and I saw Celine with Aaron, my best friend. They had each other in lip lock and were...ughh...the were kissing. And I thought I was the only one she kissed. Well, I could feel the tears forming but I didn't want them to see that the broke me so I walked off with them calling me. Celine had a look of disbelief and Aaron wore a look of regret.

It was later that Celine showed me her true colors. When she called me to the park in the evening, I thought she called me to apologize, and it was my every intention to forgive her. But...she didn't apologize. She said I deserved what she did. She said I was a fool to believe we would last. She said she thought I would be doing the same. So, after my 4th semester, I transferred my credits over to another college and made sure that I would never have to see her face again.

I still remember the conversion even though it's been 3 months.

"Why did you do this?" I asked. My voice broke on the last syllable. I tried my best to hold my tears.

"What did you think? I would stay with you? You have nothing to offer me. Staying with you is useless," she said. The words hit me like bullets. I felt like I was being stabbed again and again. My heart rate was picking up the pace.

"I thought you loved me.." I muttered.

"Past tense. Did. Not anymore. I have been cheating on you for the past 4 months," she said casually.

"I trusted you...," I said and I couldn't hold the tears anymore .

"You shouldn't have. Well, your bad. I'm getting late. Aaron's waiting for me. And yeah he said he is sorry even though he knows you won't forgive him ever. Whatever. Bye," she sang the last word, got into her car and left me alone to pick up the broken pieces of my heart.

Back to the present, it was evening and I was sitting in a bar. I have been drinking every evening for the past 3 months. Celine somehow ended up here this evening. And she was with Aaron.

"Oh I get that a lot sweetheart,"I replied with a smirk. It was easier to shut off my feelings like this rather than get sentimental. Aaron was standing beside her avoiding eye contact with me. Celine looked like she was about to say something more.

"Well, I guess I've got somewhere to be this evening. Enjoy yourselves," I said, took a whole bottle of Courvoisier Cognac and got up.

And I walked off without waiting for any reply. When I got out of that place I realized the road was too deserted. I started walking. I heard footsteps behind me. I counted. 8 pairs.

I turned around and came face to face with 12 people. Oops, my mistake. I counted wrong. Not my fault. I was drunk.

"Well, bring it on!!" I mocked. And the did. They came and started hitting me mercilessly. They kicked and punched me till I was on the ground bleeding. Then they left. They were from another gang.

After the pain passed and I started feeling numb, I got up and started walking. They took all my cash. Damn them...

I saw a shop. I had never actually been there but I passed by it a lot of times. I poked my head in, too tired to carry my body inside and said,"Can I have some medicines? I don't need money. Some guys beat me up and took my cash. Please help me?" Well, I wanted to make sure I was not coming off as a beggar. But maybe the guy behind the cash counter did think that. Who knows.

" We don't have medicines," he said without giving me a second glance. The lie was easy to catch.

"Okay, thank you," I said and left. What was I expecting? No one would help me.

I started walking and it was hard. The whole world was moving.

Suddenly I heard someone calling...me? No, who would call me.

Hey, Mr.IJustNeedMedicies!! Wait!!" someone called. I stopped, stumbled then somehow kept standing on my feet.

"Did you call me?" I asked confused.

"Yes, I brought you medicines," she replied in a raspy tone. I saw her in the shop. Must be the daughter of that guy behind the cash counter. She was breathless for some reason.

I felt the world closing in on me. Suddenly I could feel the pain again. All of it. Together.

"Please fix me," I murmured incoherently as I stumbled once again and this time she caught me before I could get more hurt and made me sit on the sidewalk. She looked pretty. Okay pretty was an understatement. To me she looked like an angel. Maybe this angel could fix me.

"I will try to fix you," she whispered the words and even though I was too far gone I heard her. She would try to fix me....

Okay I think this is my longest chapter till now. And surprise!! I finally wrote Stefan's point of view :D And #60 out of 624 books in #hotguys B)
