Boruto : the future

The fight

Boruto just woke up to the sun being in his eyes he just saw a dream of him meeting his fiancé and sensei and family and Sakura who were traveling to some place
He just yawned and stretched and went to the river close by and freshen up and came back to the camp and changed his cloths, strapped on his senseis sword to his waist, put his cloak on and put out the camp fire and walked into the forest, his next stop the land of wave where the remaining uzumakis reside

Sarada woke up in her and Borutos tent and almost panicked when Boruto was not next to her but before she could let Panic take over her the memories of the previous days events came to her and realised she was going to leave the village in search of Boruto with her father and mother and future mother-in-law and sister-in-law
She quickly got up and freshened up and got ready and when to the gate
She was surprised to see her parents already there
"Good morning sweetheart/princess" greeted her mother and father
"Morning mamma, papa" Sarada greeted back
Then they heard hinata and himawaris voice and they were running toward them
"Sorry were late" Said hinata panting and hima nodded showing they were sorry
"So ready to head out?" Asked Sasuke
"Yes!" Everyone said at once
And with that they began walking away from the village, hoping they'll run into Boruto at some point of their journey

Boruto was walking over a cliff that saw over the border of the land of fire and land of water
When he heard a girls voice
Boruto turned around and was surprised to see a girl not much older then 4 with black hair and oxy black eyes run out of the forest and into the clearing and not soon after around 20-23 nuke ninja also run out of the forest
The girl ran and saw Boruto and hid behind him
The girl was shaking from the fear, Boruto put two and two together and realised what was going on, Boruto got down to the girls height and said "don't worry they won't hurt u anymore, I'm going to take care of them so stay here ok?" And the girl nodded her head
Boruto got up and looked at the nukes and activated his joûgan and karma
"Let's dance" Said Boruto and withdraw his sword and pointed it at the ninjas in front of him
"U honestly think u can beat all 25 of us S-rank ninjas" Said one of the ninjas
Boruto didn't say anything and took a deep breath and blow out a black fire ball the size of a small house
When Boruto did the Jutsu without any hand signs to say that the nuke ninja were shocked would be a understatement
Three of the 25 nukes were caught in the flames and the other 22 escaped but with some of their clothing burned
10 of the 22 remaining ninja rushed at Boruto and he knew he couldn't let the girl in the fight and get hurt so he threw his sword and and teleported to the sword and cleaved one of the ninja and turned around to stab another with his sword and pulled his sword out to decapitated another ninja, as his sword cut through he last of the mans neck Boruto let go of his sword and ducked missing the slash of two tontos and made two rasengans in both his hands and slammed them into the two men one in his abdomen destroying the mans stomach and letting the hydrochloric acid burn the mans inside, and the other in the chest breaking the bronchi and stopping air flow to the lungs, and just before the sword hit the ground caught the hilt and split another nuke in half and blow another mans head off his shoulders with the gale palm and then made a water dragon and killed two of the nukes by biting then in half, leaving one left of the ten that rushed him and that man tried to swipe Borutos leg but to only be jumped over then getting himself cleaved in half
Boruto landed on his feet and looked at the remaining 12 ninja and he could clearly see that the ninja were scared for their lives but neither less attacked him, once some of the men were in range Boruto coated his sword in wind chakra and swinged in cutting 2 of the 12 ninja in the stomach deep enough to show bones but but cleave them, Boruto inhaled a huge breath and spit out a inferno of amatarasu flames which caught most of the men effectively burning them alive
The only ones remaining were terrified so they did the only logical things to do...started doing hand signs and finished on the snake sign and yelled "water style: water tsunami" summoning a 7 foot tall wave, Boruto quickly drew lightning and wind chakra to his sword and cut the wave in half, the wave crashed and sent water everywhere, almost pushed the little girl off the cliff but a clone made sure it didn't happen
Boruto looked towards the remaining nuke and saw that they were in the ground dead with a fist sized hole in their chests from the chidori that a clone he summoned just after cutting the wave, the clone disappeared
After all the ninjas killed he turned back to the girl and walked over to her while deactivating his joûgan and karma
The girl was shaking, Boruto slowly approached her pulled her into a gentle hug "don't worry they won't hurt u now"
The girl began crying and hugged back and thanked Boruto, the girl let go and began drying her tears and while she was doing this Boruto was able to get a good look at the situation she was in
She was wearing rags and her hair even though stick straight was messy and she was far thinner than she should be
Boruto looked around the clearing for a place to sit down and saw some shade below a tree
Boruto picked the girl up and and walked to the tree and sat down under it
"I'm Boruto uzumaki, a ex-ninja Of konoha, what's ur name?" Asked Boruto
"I'm yumi.." Said the yumi
"Well it's nice to meet u yumi, where are ur parents?" Asked Boruto once again
"My mama was killed by those bad ninjas and I don't have a papa.." Replied yumi sadly
"That's unfortunate.." Said Boruto sadness clear in his voice
They both sat in silence until yumi broke it by saying "are u going to leave me?"
Boruto gently smiled and said "I'm not going to leave u, if I was y would I save u from those ninjas?"
"Maybe because u wanted to fight those bad ninjas?" Said yumi
"Yes I wanted to fight those bad ninjas but that was because I wanted to protect u, so don't worry I'm not going to leave u" Said Boruto with his eyes closed
Yumi teared up and said "thank u..papa" and hugged Boruto
"Papa?" Asked Boruto
"Y? U don't want to be my papa?" Asked yumi letting go of her hug
"No I'm just happy" Said Boruto and hugged yumi
And yumi happily returned the hug and cried on Borutos shoulder and said "I love u so much papa!!"
And Boruto returned the affection with "I love u too"
