"Just tell her," Noah says.

I turned to face him, he was looking over my shoulder and at my phone. I sigh and put the device down.

"I'm doing homework," I say, "Plus it isn't that simple."

"It is," Noah says quickly.

I shake my head, "How? Hey Y/N you know how we've been friends for a year and I haven't shown you my face. Yeah I'm Finn Wolfhard! Anyways how are you? Not that simple."

He shrugs, "I don't think she'll mind being friends with the Finn Wolfhard."

"I know her, she won't be happy that I lied about this," I reply, "I have to tell her soon but I have to do it the right way so she won't hate me!"

"Finn, you guys have known each other for a year—"

"In a week," I correct.

"Tell her in a week," he says, "She deserves to know."

"You make it sound like we're dating," I roll my eyes.

"Practically are," he smirks.

"How so?" I press.

"Every chance you get you're texting her and she's obviously the same. You stay up really late to text her and you two have a bunch of nicknames for eachother," he says.

"I don't see how—"

"Plus you like eachother," he interrupts.

I furrow my brows, "We do not."

He pats my back, "Tell her the truth, you have till your next Calpurnia concert."

"Since when were you in charge of handling my life," I huff.

"Since you stopped handling it yourself," he retorts, walking away.

I sighed, knowing he was right about telling her the truth. But I wondered what he would do if I didn't and how would I tell her at all.
