As days turned to weeks and weeks to months Y/N's trip neared it's end. The boy watched sadly as the girl who had stolen his heart packed her bags. She was sat on the ground, surrounded by clothing. Finn stood in the doorway, leaning on the frame with his arm crossed.

"Why can't you to stay?" he asked aloud. They were the first words spoken since the tears of goodbyes. She glanced up at him and shook her head, looking back down towards her belongings.

"That's a silly question," she replies, hurt laced into her voice.

"You survived this long here," Finn says. The girl sighed and placed the pants she had in her hands down.

"I have a mother, Finn," she explained, "And siblings, I have school and friends back home."

He nodded, "I guess I didn't think about that."

She gave him a sympathetic smile, "I'm going to miss being here with you."

He smiled, the sadness shining straight through. The girl looked away as she sniffled and wiped another fallen tear. She stuffed a few clothing items in the suitcase before sighing, she looked up at the boy. She noticed the wetness on his cheeks, the puffiness of his eyes that were now red, a distanced look filling his sad face. He glanced up at her and quickly wiped the tears from his face, the girl frowned.

"Don't do that," Y/N whipers, her voice unable to be as loud as usual.

"Do what?" Finn asks.

She replied, "Wipe the tears so I won't see them, don't try to act tough."

He laughed a little, "I don't want to make this harder than it already is." They both stared into each other's eyes for a few minutes, Y/N stood up and advanced towards the tall boy. She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled his lips to hers.

She parted their lips, "I'm gonna miss that."

Finn placed his lips back to hers, allowing his hands to stay comfortably on her hips. Nick waked past and frowned a little, noticing the emotion. He had gotten used to their happy little pecks, but this was a long lasting kiss filled with hurt. He sighed and walked away from the two teenagers who were covered in tears and, disgustingly, snot.

"I love you," Finn whispered into the kiss.

Y/N's eyes were shut still as her quiet breathing, along with Finn's, filled the silence. She slowly opened her eyes and smiled at the boy.

"I love you too," she whispered to him, "We got this."

He nodded and repeated her, "We got this."
