Y/N finally came out of the kitchen with a smile still on her face. She made eye contact and gasped, walking over and sitting on my lap. Nick looked over and I shrugged my shoulders.

"Hello baby," I said.

"Hi," she replied, snuggling into my chest.

"Are you alright?" I ask.

"You know I'm not," she says.

"Can we talk about it?" I whisper. Nick stands up and walks into the kitchen, Y/N scoots onto where he was previously seated.

"We are talking," she says.

"Not about what happened," I say.

"Finn, I don't want to," she sighs.

"But then you'll keep being mad at me," I say.

"All I want to know is why you thought to believe her over me," she says, still not looking at me. "Why would you believe her when everybody told you the truth, how could you still take her side? Thats all I want to know."

"I made a mistake," I say.

"I know that!" she exclaims, exasperated. She turns to me, "Finn, why?"

"I was nervous!" I exclaim, "I saw you about to punch her! I didn't know what was true!"

"We told you what was true Finn," she says, "I told you, Ayla told you, Millie told you, Noah told you, Lilia told you; the only thing that went against our word was Leah's."

"If I didn't believe her bad things would've happened," I say.

"Bad things happened when you did believe her," she replied.

"You don't know what she's done," I say.

She scoffs, "Try me, I'm sure I won't give one flying fuck."

"She's psychotic," I reply.

Y/N smiles, letting out little giggles. She crawls up to me, her face close to mine. Our lips grazing the other's.

"So am I," she whispers. Before I could reply, she got up and walked up the stairs. After she disappeared, she poked her head back out. "You're forgiven, by the way. Just don't expect Leah to see the sun ever again."
