Chapter 16

•Tara's POV•

*Last Day Of School*
My alarm goes off as usual and smack it. But today I'm very happy to get up because it's my last day of school! The year went by pretty fast, well.. The month haha. Me and Nash have been boyfriend and girlfriend for one month and one day. It's been the best one month of my life. Whenever I'm with Nash, I'm always safe and really happy. And the best thing is that he has never cheated on me. I grab my phone and scroll through twitter and Instagram for a few minutes then I decide it's time to get up. I picked out my outfit for today. It was a purple, pink, and white floral crop top and for the bottoms, I put on a white skater skirt. For my shoes, I put on my nude flats. Since my hair is naturally straight, I curled it to perfection it. When I was done with that, I got out my makeup and put on a little concealer, mascara, and blush. Since my lips have a natural pink tint, I put of my favorite blueberry eos lip balm. I grabbed my backpack and phone, and walked downstairs. I started to make my bagel as always when Daniella came down stairs. She looked so pretty. "Hey dani" I say to her. "Hey! you look amazing" she replies. "Both of us do" I say and smile at her. She grabs her bagel and starts putting butter on it while I finish putting cream cheese on mine. When we are done, we sit on the bar counter and we just talk about girl stuff. When were done, we put our plates in the sink and walk outside. Me and Daniella hop into my black BMW and drive to school. "So you happy that's its the last day of school?" I ask Daniella. "Yass of course i am so happy! specially for happy for summer." Daniella says existed. "Me too," I reply. Then a song comes on the radio and I really like it and then Daniella says, "turn it up I love this song!" She started singing, "I got my red dress on tonight! dancing in the dark in the pale moonlight." By the time the song ends were at school. I park my car and me and Daniella get out and go our separate ways. I got towards my group of friends and we start talking, I suddenly feel someone grab my waist and pull me back. "Oh my god!" I scream. "It's just me babe" Nash says then kisses me on the cheek. "Oh you scared me" I say while laughing. "So I was thinking me, you, and all our friends could go to a cabin for a week or two to celebrate the start of summer?" he says. "Sure that would be fun but I need to pack when are we leaving?" I ask. "Today!"he replies. "Okay! then you have to give me like an hour to pack"I say while putting my hands around his waist. "Okay that's fine! As long ask you go."he says while kissing me on the lips. The bell rings and we all go inside and I head to my locker and walk to first period. I sit next to Nash as usual we just talk about summer not giving a damn about what the teacher is saying, Before I know it, school is over, it was a half a day, so it was way shorter. "So are you going to pick me up or should I drive" I ask Nash as we're walking out of school. "You think I would let you drive? Of course I'm picking you up, and we are driving together, it's about a 2 hour drive" he explains. "Okay! Bye see you soon In like an hour." I say while winking at him. "Bye beautiful" he replies. God I love him so much. I start to walk to my car and Daniella is already waiting. "You were with Nash weren't you" Daniella asks with a. Smirk. "Maybe" I say and smile. We hop in the car and buckle up. " okay Daniella! So Nash invited me to stay in a cabin with him and some friends for a week or two, will you be ok with that?" I explain. "Yeah that's fine when are you leaving?" She asks. "In a hour,"I reply. "okay!"she says. And before I know it were home. We walk inside and first thing I do, is go to my parents room. I ask them if I could go to the cabin with Nash and some friends. "of course you can! But first, call Daniella over. Your dad and I need to tell you all something." She says. I call Daniella and she comes downstairs. "Okay girls, like we said yesterday, your mom and I are planning on going to Las Vegas for about 3 weeks. But since Tara is going to the cabin now, maybe Daniella has to go to Cali" dad says. I see a worried look on Daniella's face. It looks like she wants to stay here. But where would she stay? "What about her staying at the Grier's?"I ask winking at Daniella. Then a huge smile appears on Daniella's face. "Well.. yeah maybe! I already know Elizabeth really well, so I don't think there will be a problem." My mom says. "Yeah they are nice people!" my dad adds. "Okay! But let's invite them to our house to eat dinner!" My mom says. We all agree, but Nash and I won't be able to be here. I then go to my room, and change my skirt into black high wasted shorts because I didn't want to be wearing it in a 2 hour drive. I threw my hair in a loose messy bun, but it still looked cute. I got my dark purple and black duffle and set it on my bed. I got my undergarments and set in the side pocket in my bag. Then, I packed all of my clothes. I got a larger makeup bag and packed my makeup, shampoo,conditioner, body wash, hair ties, brush, face wash, Ect. When I was done, I put that in my bag. Then, I got my favorite sunglasses from forever 21 and threw them in my bag. I made sure I didn't forget anything, then I zipped the bag up,and walked downstairs. I still had about ten minutes, so I ate a banana. Then I got a text from Nash.

Nash: I'm outside beautiful, whenever ur ready☺️
Me: Ok let me just say my goodbyes❤️
Nash: okay😘

"Daniella I'm leaving!" I shouted as I put on my black Hollister flip flops. "Wait! I'm coming" she replied. She came running down the stairs. She gave me a big hug and said "I will miss you!" "Me too baby girl. Just text or call me if you need anything."I say while I give her a kiss on the cheek."Thanks" she says. I go to my parents room and say my goodbyes. "Don't do anything stupid that you will regret Tara!" My dad says. I start laughing and get out of their room. And with that, I walked out of the house. I got to Nash's car and opened the door. "Hey!" I said to Nash. "Hey babe" he said while I leaned over to give him a small kiss. "You can put your bags on the back," Nash says."okay!"I tossed it in the back seat. "Tara.." Nash said while looking into my eyes. "Yeah" I replied. He crashed his lips into mine. And of course the sparks flew and there was butterfly's in my stomach. It's lasted for about a minute. Until we both pulled away. "There" he said smiling. "You such a dork Nash" I said. "I know but you love me and that's all that matters" he replied. I blushed and he saw it, he always makes me blush. He started the car and started driving and held my hand. I drifted off to sleep. "Tara, tara" I heard and felt someone shaking me. I opened my eyes to see Nash smiling. "Want me to get you a milkshake? Because I really want one" he explained. "Sure get me a chocolate" I said. "K be right back" he said getting out of the car and he gave me a kiss on the cheek. I don't know how to describe it, but I just get this amazing feeling when I'm with Nash. I'm surprised he didn't have a girlfriend when I came here. I was looking out the window and Nash came out with the milk shakes, I suddenly see him slip and then he almost dropped one and I started laughing so hard. It's almost like that time when I went to his house for the first time to baby sit Skylynn. He got in the car said, "here is your milk of the shake ma lady" he said. "Ha thank you kind sir"I replied laughing a bit. Nash started driving and started drinking his milkshake. "So how much longer" I ask "about 25 minutes" Nash says. It goes by quick, and the whole time me and Nash we're talking about random things as always. But it was perfect. We soon arrived and it was beautiful! There was about 6 cabins. And there was a huge lake with a dock and a motor boat. "Okay so two people in each cabin who do you wanna be with?" Nash asks. "You of course silly!" I say while laughing. " haha I thought you would want to be with one of you friends. But that works for me."Nash says with a smirk. "But I am afraid of the dark and I need to cuddle with you" I say while grapping my arms around him. "your so adorable" he says with a cute smile.
