Cute boy and new girl

Chapter 5

•Daniella's POV•

BEEP!BEEP! BEEP! I Wake up and look at the clock. It's 6:00 am and smack my alarm. I get dressed in the clothes that I didn't pack so I could wear them today. I look around my room to make sure I didn't forget anything. Everything's packed. I take a last peak at my room. I am going to miss it. I'm going to miss my house. I'm going to miss Em. I'm going to miss all my friends. Then, I slowly walk down the stairs and meet Tara and my parents. Tara has dried tears on her cheeks, my parents don't look happy either. "Girls are you ready?" Asks my dad. We walk outside and lock the door. I'm literally leaving already! OMG why does this happen to me? Once again, I think of the positive. Everyone piles up in the middle of the front yard. We hug each other.I suddenly see Em coming towards my house running. She comes up to me and says,"Daniella, I got a little something for you." she gets a little box from her back pocket and opens it. "What is that?" I ask while there's a tear running down my face. Em gives me a beautiful necklace. "It's not just a regular necklace, it opens up." She says smiling. I open it and I see a picture of two little girls. They were about 3 years old. "Is this?-" I say. "Yes, it's us. It was the very first time we met." We give each other a long hug. We say our good byes until she walks away to her home. everyone is already in the car. I was the only one still in the front yard. But then I go into my car. My dad starts driving and so does the UHAUL truck that's right behind us. I look out the window and take a one last look at my house. Damn I'm going to miss everybody here. It was going to be a long and squished drive. I don't know how but I manage to fall alseep. In my dream I was in NC in my new home and I had a lot of new friends. I don't know for how many hours I slept. But I was awoken by my dad saying,"We're here". I looked at the house. And oh.My.Gosh. It was bigger than my old one. We get off the car and run towards the house. Tara opens the door, and... It's just.. Perfect. I look at Tara and there is a big smile on her face. Which makes me happy. I hate seeing Tara sad, it's just that we are really close. So anyways. The house is HUGE, cozy, and there is a lake around here as my dad said. I look everywhere inside, there was a lot of useful space! I just loved it.
