Chapter 21

•Hayes POV•

I walk down stairs to open the door for Dani, I'm so happy that she's staying with me for 3 freakin months. I get to the door and open and there is Daniella looking so beautiful. I smile and she comes up to me holding her suitcases and I give her a long hug. "Let me help you with that" I say taking her bags and start walking through my house. "Thank you," she replies in a cute voice. We get near the living room and start to walk to the stairs but on the way my mom sees Daniella and they talk for like a minute. Then they stop talking and me and Daniella start to walk up the stairs and head to my room. Once we get there I put Daniella's bag in the closet just so they wouldn't get in the way. But right before I put it in, Daniella grabs some things out of one of the suit cases and goes into the bathroom. 1-2 minutes later she comes out wearing the same clothes. She grabs her beach bag and puts 2 towels and some other stuff in. She puts on some sunglasses and a hat. I am already ready so I just wait for her. She finally finished and She grabs my hand and we walk out of the house and start to walk to the beach. It's about a 7 minute walk, so we got there quick. The whole walk Daniella and I were holding hands in silence, a good silence. But it wasn't awkward at all. We finally get there and lay our stuff down. I take off my shirt, and put it inside the beach bag. I saw Daniella stare at me, she was checking me out. I kind of laughed a bit, but didn't say anything. I grab some sunscreen and start putting it on. While I was doing that, Daniella took of her shirt and shorts. I couldn't help but to not stare, she looked damn fine. She then also started to put sunscreen on. Once I got to my back, I couldn't reach. "Hey babe I can't reach my back, do you think you can help me?" I ask. "Sure" she says laughing a bit, she's so cute. She squeezes out the sunscreen and starts to rub it on my back. Once I feel she's done, I wanted to kiss her so bad. So I turn around and grab her waist and go for it; I start kissing her. After about 10 seconds we spread apart, damn she is such a good kisser. Daniella and I hold hands and start walking into the water. When we get to the part where it reaches up to our knees, Daniella starts splashing me, I laugh a bit and soon start splashing her back. After about a couple minutes of playing in the water we swim close to shore and lay on our backs in the water just relaxing. After a couple minutes I hear a girl scream, "OH MY GOD IS THAT HAYES GRIER!?" Great, just great. I love my fans with all my heart and everything, but I wanted to spend time with Daniella. And I didn't want her to feel like this is going to happen all the time, which it probably will. I got up and said hi and took some pictures. When I was done I went back to Daniella "Hey sorry about that," I say while sitting down next to her. "It's okay" She says. "Want to go a little farther away? i ask with a smirk. "Yass!" She says while getting up. I get up too and hold her hand. We start walking slowly and stopped. The water reached up to us to our knees. And we just stand there looking at the sunset. Then I turn around and look at dani with a cute smile. I think it's time to take it to the next level. I didn't wamt to ask we out before, because I wanted it to he the perfect timing. And today was the day. The sunset was so beautiful. I then bend down on two knees and ask, "Daniella... will you do me the honor, to be my girl friend?" "Of corse hayes, yesss!" she says. I happily get up and hug her and spin her around. After a couple minutes of just chilling, I decide to ask, "babe do you want to go to the deep?" "I don't think it's a good idea, there is a red flag and that means that it's not safe." She says with a worried voice. "C'mon! Nothing will happen." I say trying to convince her. "Okay fine," she finally agrees. We both get up and start walking towards the deep. We finally get to the part to where it reaches up to our shoulders, and we stand there for a bit. "Oh my god Hayes, I swear I just felt something swimming by my feet." She says in a scared tone. I start laughing and say "I feel it too, they are just fish don't worry." "Yeah you are probably right," she says with a cute laugh. We stand there for like 10 seconds and I say, "see, nothing bad is happening. And nothing will happen," I say with a smirk. She smiles and 2 seconds later, I just hear a scream. "Ahhhh! Hayes help me! Something just bit me! Hayes it hurts help." She says really loud. I start laughing. "Ha-ha-ha, you are so funny," I say while laughing. "Hayes quit your shit! It fuckin hurts Hayes. Hayes get me out of here!" She says while crying. Oh shit, something actually did bite her. I carry her and try to run as fast as I can, but I can't really do it because the water is on the way. I try to go as fast as I can, it's just really hard. I finally get to the shore and put her down. I see her crying bad, she was grabbing her foot. "Let me see," I say. I take off her hand and see a huge whole on it. It's bleeding like crazy. I'm freaking out. I don't know what to do. "Hayes help me. It hurts." Daniella says crying and screaming at the same time. I'm in shock, I can't move. I try to say something but I can't. No words are coming out. I can't talk, I can't move, I can't even blink. What did I do? Why did I force her into doing this? This is all my fucking fault. And I'm never going to forgive myself about this.
