Chapter 9

*2 days later(Friday)*

•Daniella's POV•

I get home from school and get ready to babysit Skylynn. I had told my mom that Me and Tara were babysitting. She obviously let's me, and just told us to be safe.I change into a better outfit. I put on a white Forever 21 shirt that says "#live" on the front, and some denim shorts. I put a little more mascara and a little blush. I'm ready and I tell Tara,"Tara let's go, we don't wanna be late." "It's a 30 second walk" She says while laughing a little. "Better early than late" I say smirking."Okay fine let's go" I grab my phone and Tara does the same. We go outside and walk to the Grier's. We ring the doorbell and Elizabeth opens the door, we say hi to her. She starts telling Tara some stuff and then I notice they leave. We go over to Skylynn. and she says "hey bæs." How does she even know about this? I says to myself. Me and Tara start watching the movie until Nash comes over. I see Tara with him. She was blushing idky tho. He says hi to me and asks my name. "Daniella" I say with a smile. I remember him from the lake. Tara and him go somewhere else, and I stay with Skylynn. I then see Hayes coming down the stairs. I know he has a girlfriend, but I still think he is cute. He goes to the kitchen and grabs two cokes. Why did he get two? Is someone with him?

*30 minutes later*

I'm still with Skylynn watching frozen, when I suddenly hear several footsteps coming down the stairs. I turn around and see Hayes come down first. Then I see a blonde girl following him. I notice it's Jordan and I roll my eyes. I still keep looking at them tho. I want to see what they do. They don't notice that me and Skylynn are there. I see Hayes and Jordan walking up to the front door. He looked pissed. I think she was already leaving. But I suddenly see Jordan grab his shirt and pull him in to her. They start kissing hard core. You could tell Hayes liked it. But I suddenly see him stop her, and he pushes her away. He has a mad look on his face. He tells her to get out and she walks away. Every guy likes to make out with girls. Or they just want other stuff; if you know what I mean. They just use girls. That's why you can't trust them. She then pulls away and bites her lip trying to look "pretty" or something. "Bye Hottie," I hear her saying while flipping her hair and closing the door. He rolls his eyes and then starts walking over and I quickly turn around so he wouldn't notice I was spying on them. I'm pretty sure he didn't notice, so it's all good. "Skylynn what are you watching?" Asks Hayes with a sweet voice. "Frozen with the bæ" she replies. He walks over and notices me. "Oh hey! I didn't see you there," he says while giving me a smile. "Hey" I say back. He sits next to me and he starts the conversation. We have a regular conversation. "So bæ, are you liking Falcon High?"He asks smirking. He continued asking me and talking about life in North Carolina. He never mentioned Jordan tho. Until I mentioned her. "so you and Jordan..." I say. "Yeah.. I think I just broke up with her. Haha" he says smirking. "Haha. you think? And why?" I ask trying to act chill about it. Tbh I really want to know what's going in with them. "Well... She started getting on my nerves. My best friend,Luke, told me that she cheated on me with a freshman. He saw them kissing each other at the carnival yesterday. I tried to break up with her over the phone. And the next thing I know, is that She comes over. We go upstairs because she told me that she could "explain". she tries to make out with me and I kiss her back. but then I remember that she freckin cheated on me! So I stop and tell her to gtfo of me. She wouldn't do so, so I push her away. I tell her that we are done and I tell her to get out of my house, so I bring her downstairs so she can leave. She then just suddenly starts kissing me. And I don't know why, but I start kissing her back. But then I push her away and tell her to leave. So here I am now, talking to a cute girl at my house"he says smirking at me. I kind of blush and he says "wow, it was good to let it all out!" He says laughing. After about 10 minutes, he says, "so do you want to go upstairs and watch something better than this little kid movie?" He says giving me a smile while getting up. "Sure!" I say laughing. We go to his room and there's a total mess. I notice his bed is undone. Did he do "something" here with Jordan before he told her to stop or something? I think. I get over it and he starts doing his bed really quick. he then tells me to sit in his couch and I do so. He grabs the remote and sits RIGHT NEXT TO ME. He leaves no space between us. I remember what Hazel had told me. Maybe he is just flirting with me. He does that with a lot of girls. He goes to Netflix and puts the movie " white chicks" it's so hilarious. Me and Hayes start talking a little more. We start to get to know each other a little more. I notice we have a lot of things in common. I think I'm starting to fall for him. He asks me personal stuff. Like "do you have a boyfriend?" Or "do you like anyone?" I laugh at them and say no. I noticed him staring at me with a smirk. Damn. He looked hot. Specially because he wasn't wearing a shirt, and you could see his abbs. He practically flirted with me the whole night. I have to admit, sometimes I would flirt back. I know this is wrong, flirting with a guy that just broke up with someone. I'm still not sure if he did or didn't break up with her tho. im pretty sure he did. I was not mayor flirting with him obviously. I would just stare at him back. and I would smile. But HE would mayor flirt with me. He called me babe several times. "So babe have you seen this movies already?" He says while putting his arm around me. "Yes, I've seen it like 8 times already." It comes to the part when one of the white "chicks" says "I'm so frekin pissssed!" Me and Hayes start laughing tons. He looks so cute when he laughs. It then comes to the part of "Ohhh you want to talk about mothersss!!" The funniest comeback was the one of "Your mother is so old, that her breast milk is powder, you breast feed like this *blows powder from hand*" Hayes starts cracking up so much that he suddenly snorts! It was the funniest thing ever! Then we start watching a romantic movie. Idk what it's called. But it was so sad. I suddenly see Hayes staring at me AGAIN! He still has his arm around me. To be honest, he would get me a bit nervous when he would do that. Idky tho haha! I suddenly feel...
