There's no doubt it's a goblin. Their number is around a hundred. At may mga hawak-hawak silang armas. Sa mga laro ko lang sila nakikita.
"Hindi dapat nila ako matamaan." bulong ko. "Kung hindi, katapusan ko na."
Sumeryoso ang mukha ko nang sabay-sabay silang sumugod saakin. I don't plan on dying here.
I grabbed one of the goblin's face at tsaka ko tinuhod. Nang bumagsak ito ay kaagad kong kinuha ang armas niya. It's a spiked mace. I've only know how to use it in games before.
"Woof!" I was startled when the dog given by sir Kumamoto suddenly appeared behind me.
"Huh?? What are you doing here???"
"Woof!"
Ano daw? Shadow ba yung sabi niya? Bakit naiintindihan ko?
"Woof woof!"
tahol nitong muli at tsaka sumugod din. And the black dogs barked too and followed. It's like he suddenly became their leader.
"Grrraaahh!" hinampas ko ang mace sa goblin na biglang tumalon saakin.
At least we've taken down half of them now. The dogs are helpful.
"Ah—" I almost fell over when I got hit on the back.
"Kekekekeke!" tumalon-talon pa ang mga ito sa tuwa.
"Woof!" the dogs immediately ran toward me and surrounded me.
"Grrrrr... Hsshh!" they hissed at the goblins.
Dahan-dahan naman akong tumayo.
"Tumabi kayo... Let me." I said, and they moved aside.
Nakakapikon ang mga maliliit na 'to. Tuwang-tuwa pa.
"Oy..." seryosong tawag ko sakanila at hinampas-hampas pa sa hangin ang mace. "You're dead now." massacre kayo sa akin.
Kaagad ko silang sinugod isa-isa at nag umpisa silang tumakbo. I don't know what happened to my body, but in just ten seconds, I managed to strike them all down with my mace and wiped them all out. Nagsitalsikan ang dugo nila saakin. Gross...
"Woof!" lumapit saakin ang mga aso na nag w-wiggle pa ang buntot.
"Ano ba 'to? From enemy to friends?"
"Woof!" as for my dog that Sir Kumamoto gave me, it went back to its original size.
"Your name will be Helios." sabi ko.
"Woof woof!" napalingon ako sa mga asong itim nang parang gusto din nilang pangalanan ko sila.
"We can think of yours later. But first, how can I explain all of you to them?" nakakatakot pa din ang itsura nila pero nagpapacute sila sa harapan ko. "But for now... I need to take a nap." sabi ko at tsaka dahan-dahang dumapa sa sahig. At nawalan ng malay.
Dannica's POV
"Headmistress! Can we go out now? My friend's outside." we've been pleading with the Headmistress for an hour now. But she said she couldn't risk all our lives just for one person. She said we have to wait until the enemy outside is defeated.
"Yeah, you should go now. Just head to the track oval."
"Track oval? Why there?" James Anaxagoras asked, now just as impatient to go out.
"Ms. Violette is there. Go, before it’s too late. She's holding off a whole army by herself. She was already injured."
As soon as we heard it, we rushed outside. I threw off my heels and ripped the hem of my dress.
"Out of my way, you penguin!" Lady Seaton shouted.
"Go back to the ocean, ang landa mo!" Icia snapped.
"Both of you, stop! This is not the time to be fighting! I swear I'll feed you both to my fire!" Lord Red Pyrrhos yelled.
I looked over at Icia and Lady Seaton, who were shoving each other while Lord Pyrrhos was getting squished in between. I could only shake my head. These bitches.
Icia had the power of ice, and Lady Lianna controlled water. Both of them were gliding across the ground like it was nothing, sliding faster using their magic.
Zoe was supposed to be the fastest, since she used light magic, but she still hadn't mastered teleportation.
And then there's me—I use solar magic, which basically means I am the weakest at night and I'm just out here running on foot like a damn regular human. The slowest one in the group.
"Hey, dumbass! You're the fastest among us." I said to James Anaxagoras. His power was wind. No one could possibly be faster than him.
"You don't need to tell me that. And don't call me dumbass." he replied, loosening his necktie. And without warning, he was swallowed by the wind.
Why does it take so long to reach something when you already want to get there? Tss...
After a while, we suddenly stopped when we heard loud noises approaching. Then, all sorts of monsters appeared before us. Slimes, giant spiders, cursed boars, and more. These were monsters that couldn't move of their own will. Which could only mean one thing... Someone was deliberately trying to create chaos in the empire.
"Silent Drown." - Lady Lianna

"Seismic Pin." - Xia
"Flash Piercer." - Zoe
"Ember Point." - Red Pyrrhos
"Moonlight Blade." I whispered, and the cursed boar that blocked my path was instantly decapitated. I threw a side-eye at them, and sure enough, the monsters that had attacked them were already lying motionless on the ground.
We resumed running. Along the way, we ran into Sir Kumamoto, who was chasing after a monster with a massive, gaping mouth. The moment he saw us, he shot us a sharp glare.
"What are you kids doing here?? Never mind that. One of your schoolmates is lying flat on the track oval. Hurry, before some monster eats her." he said.
As soon as we passed him, we finally caught sight of the track oval.
I squinted when I saw three people standing there. The only one I could recognize from a distance was Anaxagoras.
As we got closer, a wave of shock hit us.
Kylee was lying face-down on the ground, bloodied. And standing at her feet was Anaxagoras. Battered, covered in wounds.
Beside him stood Crown Prince Kaiza, tense and seething, like he was just one second away from lunging at the man facing them.
That man...
Tall. Pale. His presence alone was enough to make the air feel heavier.
Something about his aura was wrong. Deeply, unnervingly wrong.
Like Kylee, his hair was jet-black and curled. But his eyes… His eyes burned bright red.
"Give me that woman." he said,
"And I'll leave your empire alone."
