Rogue watched the brunette closely as she walked away before Sting grabbed his arm and dragged him toward the exit and out of the arena, their exceed partners following close behind them. "That last match was quite interesting." Rufus chuckled, referring to Fairy Tail Vs Raven Tail. The rest of the guild nodded in agreement while the shadow dragon slayer remained quiet as he followed behind them, todays events playing back in his head.
"That girl really is something else." Rogue thought to himself as he lagged behind the rest, only sighing when Sting yelled at him to pick up the pace and catch up since their master expected them back right away. Once they reached their hotel they quickly dispersed to their rooms in order to rest until it was time for dinner. Frosch was quick to run to the bed he shared with his partner, quickly jumping onto it in order to take a much needed nap since all that being so adorable while cheering completely wore the cute green exceed out. Rogue smiled at the sight as he took a seat on the chair next to his bed, he grabbed the book he was currently reading, after awhile of flipping though the pages and taking a mental note to get a bookmark, he began reading from where he had left off as he heard the light snores of Sting, Lector, and Frosch.
*A few hours later*
It took awhile but it was finally time for everyone to go out and get food and explore around crocus. Rogue already ditched Sting so he could have some peace and quiet as he looked around for somewhere to get something to eat, having left Frosch with Sting and Lector upon the exceeds request. After about an hour of walking around Rogue happened upon a small cafe tucked away in a small corner of a random street, sure it was a little far away but he didn't really care as his stomach growled in agreement, causing him to head inside. He ordered a bowl of soup and a sandwich and ate quickly as he heard the small giggles as the bell of the door chimed, signalling the arrival of another customer, causing the entire cafe to go silent as two members of Fairy Tail entered the small building.
The brunette girl and her purple exceed partner ignored the stares and whispers as they walked right up to the counter and ordered. "There's no way she can't hear them, they're annoyingly loud to me." Rogue muttered to himself. He watched her collect her food and walk outside to sit on the patio as to, he assumed get away from all the harsh words being whisper about her and her guild. He looked out the window for awhile, watching her quietly though the corner of his eye (the one that wasn't covered by his hair). The two of them stood up and walked away, however the necklace the girl was wearing fell from her neck and landed on the table, the brunette none the wiser.
Rogue quickly got up and went outside, the small charm on the table held what looked like a multi-colored magic energy inside. The shadow dragon slayer grabbed the charm and ran after the scent he'd picked up from with the charm and followed it for a few blocks until he noticed a purple exceed flying next to a head of chestnut colored hair. He ran and moved quickly though the crowd, weaving his way toward the fairy tail members as quickly as he could. "Hey! Star Shooter!" Rogue called, causing Jace to whip her head around in surprise and annoyance. "Can I help you?" She asked as she crossed her arms and tapped her foot, waiting on the dragon slayer in front of her to say what he needed to.
He held up the charm from her necklace, earning a small gasp from her before the quickly (and gently) took the small charm from his hand and reattached it to the leather necklace that was around her neck. "Thank you, I didn't know it had fallen off." Jace muttered softly, getting a "You're welcome." In response before Rogue turned around and walked back in the direction of his hotel. He took a few steps forward before he realized... He was completely lost, so he turned around and once again caught back up with the brunette once again. "So I'm kind of lost in crocus and need to be back at the hotel at a certain time, so can you help me find the grape vine hotel please?" Rogue quickly explained/begged.
Jace couldn't help but chuckle a little. "So one of the mighty twin dragons has to ask a little fairy how to get back to his hotel so he doesn't get in trouble?" She couldn't help but bust out laughing at the situation, causing the shadow dragon slayer to blush slightly out of embarrassment. "I saw it on my way here from the hotel my guild is staying at." Jace smiled and motioned for him to follow her, which he quickly nodded in response and followed closely behind.
It took a little while but the two dragon slayers reached grape vine. "Thank you for the help." Rogue quickly said before walking toward the entrance and practically running inside, just barely making the curfew and praying that no one saw him with a member of Fairy Tail. However it was odd to him, why would someone who he'd been so rude and disrespectful to help him without a second thought? The worst she did was joke a little about the situation before immediately coming to his aid. Maybe he figured, Fairy Tail wasn't as bad as he'd thought.

Finally our two dorks meet!
I'm sorry if this chapter is a little more on the boring side, I just wanted this chapter to be a little less action packed since the previous ones were full of action and I needed a little break.
Anyway I hope you enjoyed this chapter! And I have a question, if I were to introduce a new character, a rival if you will, do you think she'd be more powerful of equal to Jace?
I realized that only one person knows the answer that reads this
Next chapter will be a bio/stats for my characters so you guys know a little more about Jace and Luna.
Have a great day! ~AN
