Celebrating

The crowd cheered and clapped as the newlyweds walked down the aisle, rings on their hands, side by side.
Amy clutched on Jake's arm like a koala, full of happiness and excitement as his loving wife.
Jake on the other hand looked back on his past memories with her, oh how oblivious Amy was before as he was doing heart eyes on her.

When they entered the precinct, other cops were congratulating them as well and while Amy thanked them, Jake glances at her again. He promised himself that he would try to protect her, love her, and stay by her side every single day. They reached the briefing room, where Captain Holt said he would show the husband and wife something. They opened the door and sparkling lights were everywhere, the same kind that was set up outside. Food was placed on the tables and a banner that read: 'Congratulations Jake and Amy!'

They chuckled and smiled warmly as they couldn't thank them all enough for everything that the squad helped today.

"Everyone, have a seat" Captain Holt said, the squad sat down still exhausted but glad that it worked out.

"I would like to give another applause to Detectives Peralta and Santiago, for their wild but successful wedding. Like what I said earlier, your relationship has grown from your childishness and endless bickering, but.. it turns out it was your passion for each other after all."

Jake and Amy looked at each other smiling and scoffing sweetly at Holt's message.

"Now, do you both want to say something to your co-workers?" He asked, sitting down as the couple stepped in front of all of them.

"So, thank you guys, so much. The wedding couldn't have happened if you guys made things like this and that possible. And I know it stressed out some of you, planning and finding a way for it to happen tonight, but we just want you all to know that we love you guys." Jake announced, making Boyle somehow tear up a bit.

"Nine-Nine!" He shouted followed by their family chanting as well as Amy "Nine-Nine!"

They started eating the secret meal Boyle prepared for all of them as a celebration. Amy took off her wedding gown to prevent getting it dirty while eating and wore her jacket again.

"Oh yeah by the way, Rosa, who's Alicia?" Amy popped up the question, making Terry do a familiar grin on his face.

"She's the uber driver we got—" She was later cut off by Terry's excitement which he couldn't hold anymore.

"She's Rosa's new girlfriend!" He chuckled cutely and kept teasing Rosa

"What? No, lay off, Terry... We just met alright, she was sweet and beautiful and kind..." Rosa trailed off with a smile, going back to her earlier sight of Alicia

The squad started cooing and teasing Rosa, she later snapped out of it and threatened them with her terrifying tone: "Mention of this again and I will slit all your throats."

They all became quiet till Rosa put out her phone and revealed something to all of them: a contact number of Alicia.
"That's the last thing you're all going to know for now" She reminded, and smirking a little.

"Oh and yeah, congrats again to you both. Make the most of it, to Jake and Amy!" Rosa mentioned, with a dry but a glad voice.

"To Jake and Amy!" The others chanted as well, while the couple rested on each other's foreheads, finally feeling warmth and never-ending happiness.
