Jungkook laid down next to Luna and almost instantly she passed out after having him pull the duvet and blanket over her. He was laying on his back, one arm resting under his head while the other rested at his side. Thoughts were flying through his head and he momentarily closed his eyes to think everything over. The fact that Luna now knew their secret made him scrunch his eyes and quietly scoff. It's not that he was ashamed for being royalty, none of them were, it was just more of a burden than anything. Now the seven of them have the responsibility of making sure Luna stays protected from the council; not that they really minded.
Royalty meant nothing in the eyes of the council, except for the fact that they were supposedly some of the most ruthless, cold, and brutal killers of humans, and they were. All seven of them previously lived up to that description, especially Namjoon. He was always the one who took always took lead, usually alongside Ashleigh, but he's now turned into someone now that has softened up and has changed. Jungkook knew after he met Luna for the first time that there was some sort of bond that would change everything. He couldn't explain it, even after having her for a couple of weeks, there was still no explanation. If he had to explain it, it was just instinctual for him to protect her and her him and that's it, that's all he could come up with.
Jungkook opened his eyes and sighed his eyes now scanning the plain white ceiling allowing his thoughts to remain a swirling mess inside his head. He was so far into his thoughts, he didn't feel Luna suddenly shift to now having an arm thrown over his chest while the other wrapped itself around his own arm. Her head was now in the crook of his neck, her hair tickling his skin. He smiled and rested his cheek on top of her head and now stared at the opposite wall. After only a few moments in that position, Jungkook deemed it as uncomfortable and removed Luna's grip from his arm so he could wrap it around her protectively. He then decided to close his own eyes, feeling the need to prepare himself for tomorrow and the now stressful days to follow.

Late January turned into early to almost mid-February and the stagnant cold air always hinted at the snow that never fell. Within the change of month, Luna has busied herself with building a little fort in the library where she would spend obscene amounts of time just reading and rereading the journals that Namjoon had brought back. Sometimes one of the boys would join her, but other times she would be in there by herself for a majority of the day, the only time the boys would see her some days was when it was time to eat or when she was heading off to bed with one of them. There had only been a few things that stuck in her head about what she was--the four types of angels.
Jewel Angels.
These angels were the ones that would be considered royalty. It is a position that you could only be born into or possibly marry into. These angels don't do a lot of fighting as they are usually well protected and looked after. They also don't do much, mostly just make laws and make sure the people are following orders. These angels are easily identified by their large gold wings and the intricately designed feathers.
Combat Angels.
These angels were the ones that were the most well versed in fighting. They are always sought after by the Jewels since they have the ability to be could be under attack. These angels also made up most of the army and fend off any invasions by any intruders. Their training was long and intensive, making for their workload to be quite grueling. Combat Angels had the largest wings out of each kind and they were commonly a light gray with white speckled in.
Messenger Angels.
These angels did most of the bidding and delivering of messages for the community. They were used mostly to proclaim peace and to make sure the other angels were updated on what was going on. Messenger Angels had the most wings out of each kind as they needed to be the fastest. Their wings were usually an ivory white and sprouted wherever they were needed like at their ankles or multiplying on their back. These angels did just almost as much work and training as the Combat Angels.
