Chapter 2 the hospital

Veronica's POV

    Poor Jughead was sitting there cradling Betty in his arms. I buried my face in Archie's Jacket and cried. Cheryl held Toni's hand their wedding rings interlocked as Cheryl cried into her hand. We were stuck in traffic until Archie got frustrated and got into the drivers seat. He sped passed everyone cutting corners and Betty woke up. She groaned in pain and Archie sped up more .
    "Hold on Betty! We're almost there!" He yelled back.
    I am terrified. I can't loose my best friend, not yet, not again.

Jugheads POV

   
    Betty woke up her pain was clearly increasing and I didn't know what to do. Who was that man. Toni flicked on the in car TV to calm us all down and we saw a news reporter.
    "Half cooper aka the black hood has escaped from prison, for what his cellmates claimed revenge on those who thwarted him in the past."
    Toni turned off the TV. That answered that question. Let's just hope Mrs. Cooper isn't next Betty isn't ready to go through that. We got to the hospital where Mrs. Cooper brought the triplets. I blocked their view as Betty was taken away.
    "Ronnie can you please watch them I need to talk to my mother in law alone."
    She quickly obliged and took them away.
    "Mrs. Cooper." I began.
    "Please, Alice." She told me.
    "Alice, you are in a lot of danger. The black hood attacked Betty. Hal. It was on the news that he escaped for revenge and Betty and I aren't ready to see you in here to or worse. Please be careful." I warned her.
    She nodded and gave me a hug. I went over to Forsythe and hugged him and his sisters.
   "Will mommy be  OK daddy?" Polly asked.
   "I don't know. I think she will be just fine she is a strong girl like a dragon, but a nice one." I said giving them each a kiss on top of their heads.
