One week later...

"Are you kidding me? What the fuck are you talking about?" Ha Dam widened her eyes in shocked as she put her cup of coffee hard on the table.

I widened my eyes a little, signaling her to slow down.

We're in the cafe anyways. She just made people shocked by her loud voice.

"Ha Dam, be careful." i said as i saw it was spilled and quickly wiped it away with a tissue.

Then i knitted my eyebrows together, "Why? Isn't this my chance to receive a higher salary?" i added.

"Not this way. I won't let you work as a slut in that disgusting club." she fisted her hands in anger.

I pressed my lips together as i sighed.

"I told you it's just a 'work'. It's like a hostess kind of stuff. Relax, i don't want to get paid by a man fucking me either."

"Stop it. I still won't let you, it's not your place. Just work at your place right now, i'm already happy by the fact you worked at the place that suits your passion."

I smiled. She really cares about me. And yes, i worked at a library and i'm proud of it. I fell in love with books and i love to serve and helped people study or reading there.

But my smile fades away when i think about my father.

"But still, i need a side job to support my income. I need to-"

"Your debts? Your father?"

"What do you think your father will think of her daughter working at a club-"

"He doesn't even care, Ha Dam."

"Whether he cares or not, you're not doing it because of me. You're like my own sister, Y/N. If you love me you will not take that job." she said as her voice broke off.

"And about the debts, i clearly told you i can cover it first. I need you to leave him."

I rolled my eyes, "Are we gonna discuss this again?"

"What do you think? Of course i'm gonna talk about a person who just kicked you out! You're lucky you have me. If you don't, where are you gonna sleep? In the corner of the streets?!" she blabbered with a burning rage in her eyes.

"You just cried last night. And it was all because of him. Oh god, get your brain to work, Y/N. You still don't realize you're in a toxic situation?! This needs to end. " she added.

Yes it's true. It's been two days since he asked me to cleaned up the couch and leave his apartment. He asked me to live somewhere for this straight two days.

And today, i have to go back before 10 at night.

He's obviously wanting to take Lisa to his apartment. Of course my existence is really forbidden and i understand that. Eventhough it was a pain imagining them fucking together and be all lovey dovey in his apartment this past nights,

I'm fine by that. I still can bare it.

At least i want to make him happy and comfy, since i'm a useless being that can't give him anything.

"Ha Dam, give me a chance to work on this. I won't let you cover me, you'll be in trouble." i said softly.

"Stop, because i don't fucking care."

"You're the one who stop. Don't you get it? The deal was on me, i have to make it for him."

Ha Dam shifted her gaze on the window lazily.
