Elijah

"Why hi? I swear I can't stand his daughter. She's so fake." I huffed.

"Be nice, we're having dinner with them tomorrow." She told me.

I live with my mother, my father died five years ago, it's always been us, she's sacred to me. Jeremy better treat her right or I will make his daughter life hell.

"She's a sweet girl and she's not fake."

"Because you don't see her at school." I rolled my eyes.

"Anyway, be nice."

"Whatever." I stormed out of the house.

The next day at school, I decided to bother her cause, it's really fun. "Hey loser."

"Hey, tool." She replied while closing her door locker.

"Guess what I heard?"

"They're finally shipping you off to boarding school, woohoo!" She said with a stupid cheeky smile.

"Nah, I heard someone was still pure, I'm surprised." I mentioned as I walked closer to her till she was against the lockers.

"Unlike some people, I don't need to have sex to prove something. I'm still waiting for someone special." She glared at me with a smile.

"Well, later loser." I said while dropping her books.

"You ass" She yelled at me.

"You can pinch it." I said before disappearing from her sight.

Danielle

"Ugh, that boy needs a few punches from me." I said while picking my books.

"Hey girl, what's up." I got up to see my 'friends'.

"Hey." I said before leaving.

I made my way to class and the only available seat was next to him. Ugh why me?

"Miss me?" He said with a stupid smirk.

"No, and this was the only available seat, so shush." I rolled my eyes.

"Awe." He pinched my cheeks.

"You're so annoying, how does your mom deal with you is beyond me."

"I'm a delight." He replied with a stupid grin.

"Is this class boring?" The teacher asked me.

Yes, it sucks so much I want to cry. "Nope, I was just telling him how amazing you teach." I grinned.

"Well it's nice to be appreciated." She said before turning to her desk.

"Smooth, Matthews." He smirked

"Shush, I need to clean my mouth after that lie, this class is boring." I sighed he just chuckled.

Lunch time came, and I did not want to sit with fake bitches. I saw Briana and Johanna's table so I went there.

"Hey, girls." I greeted them. They smiled at me. "So turns out you were right, I just didn't want to believe that people would actually use me." I sighed. "I found out from Aaron that they were indeed bitches."

"As in Aaron Smith?" Briana asked.

"Yeah, and I'm guessing you like him." I chuckled.

"Who me, pfft."

"She has it bad for him, but he was off limits." Johanna added.

"He's a good guy, with bad jokes." I said as they both laughed.

"Oh, call me Bri."

"And Call me Jojo."

"Got it." I smiled.

"And why are you sitting with these losers?" I looked up to see Sasha with Lana.

"They're not losers, now if you excused me, we were talking in peace." They just glared at me and left.

"Never liked them." Jojo mentioned.

"What I missed?" Aaron said while sitting next to us.

"Just putting Sasha and Lana in their places." I shrugged.

"Go, Dani." He cheered as Bri chuckle. Oh yes, she has it bad for him. "Did you guys know, they opened a new churro place? A churro place!" He added, Briana laughed.

"Churros are life." Bri said in a daze.

"Wanna check it out after school?" He asked her. She nodded in agreement.

"Alright then, see you later, Bri." He winked at her and then left.

"How does he know my name?"

"Again, we're all in the same class." I said to her.

After school was over Aaron walked over to us and took Bri away from us. She was smiling like crazy.

"Well, I have to go, it was nice talking to you." Jojo said before leaving.

"Why are you ignoring us?" I turned to Sasha and Lana.

"Again? I don't have time to answer your questions, you should know by now why I'm keeping my distance." With that said I left.

..........

After school and work I made it home and collapsed on the couch.

"Tomorrow, Catherine and her son are coming for dinner."

"She can come, but not him." I sighed.

"Be nice."

"Dad, he's annoying, rude, bad news." I whined.

"He's coming and that's final." He said before leaving.

"Ugh."

"You know pouting is bad for the soul." Dad yelled.

"I will pout if I want." I yelled back, he just laughed.

I have a feeling this Dinner will be drama.
