Hercules pov
James slammed the door in my face. That's it I can't help someone that doesn't want to be helped. I made my way back home, once I got in I was greeted by a worried Alex and John "Hercules where were you we got worried!" John crossed his arm's "where is Laff, I thought you where going to bring him back" Alex sighed.
When I looked at Alex I frowned "I tried to get Laff but he wanted to stay with James and I got a door slammed in my face" I explained "Hercules, you never told us why James was such a bad person, I mean he is really mean to us but there must be more than that" John asked me this before and I didn't tell him. But now seemed like a good time to tell them.
"James and Maria used to be together"
I began "Maria asked me to make her an outfit for a party she was going to, I told he I was free on the 30th an she could come over and help me ya know pick out colour's and tell me if she was allergic to any fabrics and stuff" I explained "James wasn't a big fan of the idea, I think he was angry that he's girlfriend was going to visit another guy, Me and her were not doing anything funny but he thought we where" I sighed
"Ya know what it's a boring story you don't want to listen" I stopped half way though the story "No Hercules please you always stop the story's you tell just tell one full story" John pleaded "okay, okay" I sighed "Maria and me became close friends. After the outfit was made and she went to the party she stopped talking to me completely, in fact I never saw her again. She never came into school. I got worried and went to visit her"
"When I got there I found her on the floor in tear's I couldn't just leave here like that when I tried to help her she screamed at me to get out I left and rang the police. When they got there they found James was hiding drugs at her house and that he was being abusive" John sat wide eyed Alex was the same and then as if they planned it they said "Laff is not safe"
We sat in the sitting room dead quietly Alex broke the silence "we need to make a plan to help Laff" me and John nodded. Lafayette didn't want help but we where going to give it to him.
