"I'll be there in a minute, just make sure he's there," Rob said into the phone, "I have to handle something."

Yani sniffed as she looked around the dark room, trying to see where Rob had gone. She knew he hadn't left. Her whole body hurt from him throwing her into the wall when she walked into his house. She didn't even know why he had went off on her but she knew that their fight wasn't over.

She was scared to breath, move and even blink. She wanted to reach into her pocket and pull out her cell phone but she didn't want to give away where she was.

"Young, I'm not playing with you!" Rob yelled as he threw something into the wall with a bang. Yani froze against the wall, trying to feel her way around. She stood still when Rob flipped the lights on. She realized she was too close and tried to run.

Rob quickly caught her pushing her hard through the door frame of the kitchen. Yani hit the corner of the counter before falling to the floor.

"What did I do?" Yani yelled as she tried to move away. Rob caught her ankle and pulled her to him.

"You don't know how to behave," he said punching her in her mouth, she cried out in pain before he gripped her ponytail, "Shut your mouth sometimes!"

She kicked at Rob, landing a blow to his face as anger filled her mind. She couldn't believe that he was beating her like this because she got smart with him.

Yani charged at Rob with the knife that was lying on the counter. She was able to cut him on his arm and across his chest before forced the knife to turn on her. She panicked and screamed as the knife grazed her neck. The tingling feeling that formed in her throat bubbled as she felt the blood flow from her neck down to her chest.

She was able to get the knife and throw it so he couldn't use it against her anymore, but that didn't stop him from continuously punching her in her face, chest and her head.

"Rob stop!" Yani screamed as she realized she couldn't fight him back any longer. Her vision became blurry as she heard him stand up. One stomp to her head and Yani fell limp.

A few minutes after Rob left the house, Yani struggled to call Cash.

Yani sat up quickly in her bed and fought to catch her breath. She ran her hands down her face and across her neck before sighing. Ever since she had seen Rob in the club that night, she had been having nightmares about the night he tried to kill her.

It had been a month since Yani confessed to seeing Rob to Shay. She almost regretted it because every now and then Shay would hint at telling Chris but Yani would not have it. It was good to not hold it in, although Yani still had to figure out how to deal with it all.

Yani looked back at Ty as she rubbed her elbow. His eyes were still closed by he had a frown on his face.

"What's up?" he groaned.

"Nothing bae, go back to sleep," Yani said lying next to him. He shook his head.

"What time is it, I have a run to make," he said. Yani held his wrist up and told him it was a little before 2:30.

Yani watched at Ty got up and put his things on. She laughed a little as he stumbled into his jeans.

"Shut up, it's dark in here," he said. Yani looked at her window to see it was pretty dark outside except for the street lights.

"Should have turned the light on," Yani said with a smile as Ty licked his lips and walked over to her. She closed her eyes as he kissed her.

"I should only be an hour or so, are you going to let me in when I get back?" he asked. Yani smirked.
