(A/N: reminder, these are one shots so if he's got a dummy in another chapter after this, it doesn't matter, these are only one shots)
Today, is the day where I'm going to put my foot down and tell Kurt 'no' to a dummy. I'll ONLY ever allow it, if he's: sick, in need of an emergency or if he's done really well without one all day, he can have one at night and then eventually saying 'no' at bedtime. Whilst he slept, I went around the house collecting most dummies that he had and hid them up before going upstairs to wake him.
"Hey buddy" I coo as I let him stretch.
"Daddy" he smiles up at me.
"We ready for some breakfast?" I ask as I help him get out of bed and change his pull up.
"Uh huh" he yawns.
"Ok, let's go" I say as I carry him downstairs. I put him down and start making him some breakfast.
"Kurt, come get some breakfast" I call to him a few minutes later.
"Hey bud, let's sit down and eat" I say as I clip him into his chair and give him his breakfast. I then get mine and we eat our breakfast together before everyone else got up.
"Ok, go play and we'll go get dressed after I've cleaned the kitchen" I tell him as I place him down and he runs of to the living room. I clean the kitchen up and then call Kurt back over so we could head up.
"Careful on the stairs, bud" I warn him as he climbed the stairs.
"Me dot it daddy" he says.
"Ok" I chuckle. We soon get to the top and head to Kurt's room, I pick out an outfit before lying him on his changing table and changing his pull up before getting him into some grey cuffed jeans, a navy blue short sleeved Monster Inc. shirt and some different coloured striped socks.
