Good thing I brought my axe with me.

You know why?

Nah, killing Merida with it is just one of those things.

I'm going to rehabilitate my emotions and feelings as best as I can.

By pretending that the face of my mortal enemies is on those trees. Yes.

How relaxing.

I got up bright and early to throw my axe at each of the trees I see. Throw, duck and roll, throw, duck and roll.

I picked my axe from the last tree and turned around about to throw my axe when...

"NO! WAIT DON'T!" I heard someone beg. I opened my eyes and saw Hiccup covering himself.

I dropped my axe and sighed.

"Hiccup..." I said breathlessly.

"Ariel, I-I didn't know you threw axes that good. They're so precise with the perfect amount of control, that makes a perfect bull's eye.

Yeah, that'll make a bull's eye for Merida's face.

"Oh, yeah" I said placing my hands on my hips.

"Amazing, I know Merida's good with bows and arrows but this, wow" He says to me. He smiles wide, the smile I missed. He also had his auburn messy hair back too, not his armor though.

"Mhm. Thanks, what are you doing here anyway?" I ask trying not to blush.

"Well, I gotta prove my worthiness of being Merida's soon-to-be husband. So I'm hunting for bears!" He says.

Bears? Really?

"Bears? There are, bears here?" I ask.

"Yeah, the DonBruch family hates bears" He says.

"Oh well, good luck" I said before picking up my axe and throwing it to the tree just beside Hiccup.

"Not cool, Hoffscotch" He says.

"It is to me" I said. I walked up to my axe and pulled it but it wouldn't budge. I groaned as I pulled with all my might.

I then felt Hiccup's hands touch mine as he wrapped it around my hands.

"Let me" He says.

I quickly pulled my hands away and blushed. Gosh I have no bangs to push back when I'm nervous since I tied my hair all up.

He effortlessly pulled it out. He then threw it imitating me but went missing the tree.

"Axes aren't your thing" I said shaking my head picking my axe up.

"Then what do you think is my thing?" He asks.

Dragons.

"I don't know, but I really think you should get back to your bear hunting" I said.

"Yeah, probably be best" He says smiling.

Then we stood there awkwardly, glancing at each other.

"Go!" I said.

"Right" He says before running more into the forest, disappearing in a matter of seconds.

Well, Hiccup is still Hiccup.

I've gotta find out what happened to him. What Merida did to his brain.

I went to explore more of DonBruch. I learned so many things while roaming around the plaza. The royal family takes a stroll every morning, that's one thing I learned. So I have a chance to see Hiccup everyday, with his smiles.
