The day was a usual. rainy and gloomy. She stood looking out of the window her skin illuminated by the tiny reason of sun light fighting their way through the stormy clouds. How could I love these two idiots she heard the voice of a girl in her head she jumped about to inquire who had said it but soon realised It was in her head. Who said that she thought back continuing to look out of the window. What the hell the voice said back. Lena closed her eyes trying to get a better focus on the voice. The world around her was black. A sliver frame hung in mid air. A girl stood on the other side looking through. Lena approached the girl. "Who are you?" Lena frowned growing more nervous by the secound. "Ashley romanoff... who are you?" Lena walked closer. "Lena prince. What dimensions are you from?" The girl challenged remembering her training. "Earth. Just normal earth. I'm an avenger." Lena frowned never hearing the word before "Excuse me?" Ashley tilted her head. "An avenger. You know the superheros iron man... captin America. Black window..." Lena chuckled. "There's no such thing. I would've been told. I'm from the normal earth. It's home to the justice league. Not these avengers you speak of." Ashley looked closely at the girl "how old are you?" Lena stepped as close as possible. "19..." Ashley smiled "same. Regardless of who comes from which earth I think we should become friends." Lena thought about it for a moment. She could learn much about this other world. Lena! Someone shouted both girls looked around. "I have to go. I guess I can talk to you whenever?" Ashley nodded. "Talk soon lena" Lena closed her eyes seeing a bright light.

She shot up gasping grabbing her chest. Everyone stood around concerned. "What in the world. Are you alright lena" Diana pulled the girl up. Her legs betrayed her as she stumbled. Clark pulled up a chair. "I... I don't know what happened... I saw a girl... she...she said she was from another earth" the older members of the team looked at eachother concern grew across their faces. "It was werid it was like..." Bruce sat next to her lookig at her "like you knew her?" Lena looked at him nodding. "Yes." Clark looked at the young members who stood worrying about their team mate. "All of you go downstairs. We need to talk to Lena alone" the young group scampered out of the room. The older group sat down. Bruce gave Clark a accepting look before looking back at the girl. "We lied to you Lena... everything we did was to protect you. Your parents didn't abandon you... your father was a cruel man he isn't of this earth or the next. People know if as the mad titan. He decided he was going to travel though a universe and killing half of its population for the greater good. He found itself on our earth one day and impregnated your mother. The power you have now is nothing compared to what you could achieve. However if you go to that potential he would find you. He wanted to use you as a weapon he didn't see you as a child he saw you as an asset. That bracelet you wear. The one you don't take off. It stops him from finding you. It keeps you safe." Lena needed a moment to let it sink in she didn't know how to process it. "You mother died protecting you. She was attempting to get you out. She was successful for the most part" Lena frowned leaning forward "What do you mean?" Diana sat down handing Lena a photo. She looked at the woman in the photo who was reminiscent of herself. She was holding two babies. "Your a twin. Your sister was given to another world. To be protected. You were supposed to follow. But the portal closed before you could go through. The girl you saw in your vision. That's your sister." She rose from her chair clearing her throat. "I'm sorry... I just" she began to walk away overwhelmed by the whole thing. Diana stepped forward as Bruce put a hand out for her "leave her. It's a lot to process"

Lena sat on the roof of the building her legs dangling over the edge. Ashley can you hear me? She waited for her to reply sure enough she heard a weak voice yeah lena didn't know what to say do you know? Lena huffed looking down that your my twin I've never met or didn't know existed? that our father is a murderous asshole? That our mother is dead? That we have to stay hidden? Yeah... my mum... adopted mum told me Lena bit her lip not know what to say... think. This was a lot. I want to meet you. Properly. Not in my head. She waited for an awnser both girls were torn between this life and a life they could have together me too. I want to know you Lena. There were footsteps behind her she turned around seeing nightwing standing there. I have to go. We'll discuss it later I promise she felt the former robin sit down next to her. "Are you okay?" She didn't reply and just looked at the bracelet around her wrist. "I don't know... my whole life I thought I was one thing. Now I find out I'm a completely different person. How am I supposed to feel about that" he pulled his mask off looking at her. "Hey... we known eachother since we were 10. I know you Lena. More than anyone. I think I know you better than I know myself. Your still the same person you've always been. You your past is different. It's a lot to process yes but it doesn't change who you are. It never will." Lena looked at the boy her lips parting slightly "you think?" He nodded smiling. "I know it" she laid her head against his chest as they embraced "i don't know what I would do without you dick."
