the last meal

Everyone stood around hearing the muffled shouting from Ashleys room. She was loosing her shit about everything. Lenas voice was heard then the door opened. "I'm not listening to you!" She marched out in a tight low cut red dress and heels. "Lena get back here!" She narrowed her eyes and the doors closed "I love you! Bye!" Lena walked towards everyone. "What?" Everyone looked around mumbling excuses. "Hey solider." She looked at bucky. His eyes darted around "how about taking a girl for a drink." He didn't know what to stay. The door burst open with a red light. "Oh hell no. He's not taking you anywhere" she huffed as Ashley walked towards her. "Actually I think I will." bucky stood up any chance to piss Ashley off he was there. "You promise me a dance? I wanna see this ladies man steve told me so muh about?" He chcukled looking at her "ill get dressed then i owe you a dance" Ashley stood biting the inside of her cheek arms crossed over her chest "fine. Peter. Dick Jason.  You coming. Let the old guys stay here." The sisters looked at eachother. Ashley smiled "we'll all go... one last drink." Tony stood up dramatically "bucky is older than me!" Both girls let out a laugh as they got ready to leave

They all sat in the bar Ashley was laughing as Peter danced with her spinning her around. Her blue dress making her look amazing of crouse she looked amazing. It was Ashley.  The boys managed to wear suits and they looked rather dashing. Lena sat a martini in her hand watching her sister. The music changed rather drastically to something slow. Bucky cleared his throat standing up. "Doll. I beileve I owe you something" he held out his metal hand for her looking at her with kind eyes. She placed her drink down taking the offer. Dick looked at Jason "Wanna dance?" He said Serouisly Jason punched his arm "Fuck off" dick started laughing hysterically.

Peter smiled taking Ashley in his arms. He pressed his lips to her forehead in the most loving way possible before allowing her to lay her head on his chest.

Wrapped up, so consumed by all this hurt.
If you ask me, don't know where to start.

Bucky placed his hands on lenas waist her around his neck. "I wanted it to be just you and me..." she smiled looking at him. "It's fine doll. How are you feeling from eariler" she smiled as they moved to the music. "I'm okay sugar. Don't worry about me" bucky looked over at Jason who was sitting looking angrier than ever "he always touch you like that?" He referred to the kiss looking down at her.  "You jelous barnes?"

Anger, love, confusion. Roads that go nowhere.

Peter looked at her "Baby I love you so much" he admitted defeat. She had his heart and there was no way out of her spell. "I'm not ready to leave you red" she let a tear slip as she listened to his heart skip a beat "your not leaving me. Not again. I'll do everything I can to make sure your safe. Even if I die doing it"

Lena smirked at bucky "you are... your jealous." She giggled at his unamused face. "Not jealous... possessive.... protective... I want to protect things that belong to me" she smiled her right hand slipping to his chest over his heart. "So I belong to you now?" He stuttered a little smiling. "That's not what I meant"

"You aren't dying... not on me. Because I would forgive myself if I lived" Peter huffed as she spoke. "Let's make a deal. While we're here we don't talk about death or tomorrow we focus on us right now. Until thanos is knocking down our door. We just enjoy being together." She smiled "deal"

Lena couldn't help but laugh at the nervous man looking at his feet. "Relax I'm joking." He looked down at her feeling calm. "Would you... consider being mine." She blushed biting her lip looking at his chest. "Would I have kissed you if I didn't?"

Ashley smiled enjoying her boyfriends presence. She looked over at her sister noticing how happy she looked with bucky. Ashley pulled away so she cloud look at her boyfriend properly "you look handsome tonight red" he chuckled smiling "you really think so?" Ashley nodded "you clean up good Peter"

Bucky chuckled "I guess not... after we win this thing... I want you to stay with me... ill take you on a proper date. Just me and you..." she smiled glancing down "I'd like that" he glanced down at her dress noticing the chain around her neck. He slowly pulled it into view seeing his military tags and smiled "you asked me to keep them" he smiled placing his gentle touch on her waist again. "That I did doll"

Peter ducked down burying his face in the crook of her neck he placed a few short kisses on her neck pulling her waist closer. Her arms wrapped around his neck. "Kiss me like you miss me."She giggled as he came up crashing his lips onto hers. The kiss lasted a while before they withdrew panting heavily smiling at eachother with such love everyone could see it

"Thank you for the dance james" she smiled finally looking up at him "it's not over yet doll" he looked into her eyes "I love it when you call me that..." His face dropped a little looking into her eyes as he leaned in. The moment their lips touch everything became calm it was like they were the only people in the room. They pulled away after a while as the song ended. She gulped letting her lungs fill with air. "I didn't over step did I?" She smirked at his comment shaking her head "never sugar" she kissed him again smiling against his lips
