You win: NOTHING!

And just letting you know here that this is mostly a fluffy sort of dialogue-on-the-lazy-river chapter.

"You're so cute."

I felt his body rise in temperature at this and he said, "N-No I'm not, stop it you wanker!"

He shifted a bit on my lap, and I tried to ignore it.

"Yes, you are. You're adorable."

"I'm not adorable! Do not call a guy adorable! Or else."

"Or else what?"

He shifted again, causing slight pleasure from me, although I didn't show it.

I didn't want it to get any farther, so I said, "Fine, you're not cute. But I have to call you something along those lines."

"No, you really don't."

I sighed at his stubbornness, then pulled him closer to me, breathing in his cupcake (and now chlorine) scent.

He suddenly asked, "Alfred, are you... sniffing me?"

"Yes."

"May I ask why you are sniffing me?"

"Because you smell sweet."

He lifted his wrist up to his nose and audibly smelled. "I don't think I smell like much of anything"

"You smell like cupcakes," I sniffed again, "and cologne, and chlorine."

Arthur's head titled to the side. "Only one of them makes sense.", he laughed, still confused.

I sighed, my heart beating out of my chest again. I was nervous, but I didn't know why. He just made me all jumpy and happy, no matter how comfortable I was with him, I couldn't get over the butterflies. And the more I was with him, the more I couldn't get over how perfect he was. The blonde hair, his amazing eyes, and his accent were all just... perfect. Thinking these thoughts made me wonder if he felt the same about me.

"Iggy?"

"Iggy? What's that?"

"A new nickname."

"Nicknames are stupid and for girls."

"Are not!"

"Are too! Anyway, but did you want my attention, love?"

"Do you love me?"

His face got pink and he stuttered, "Of course... I... love you, you git. Why would I, er, not?"

I wanted to squeeze him out of cuteness, but decided against it. "I just wanted to be sure.", I told him.

His eyebrows knitted together in confusion, which looked pretty funny on him, then relaxed when a smile graced his face. I've noticed that he didn't smile much besides around me. Maybe that was a sign that he loved me.

Maybe I made him crazy like he made me.
